Had my chest x-ray done at Radlink. Mu Ying served me at the registration counter. She was polite and warm. Overall, from the registration process to getting the X-ray was completed in approximately 20mins. Thank you to team Radlink for being very efficient!

Visit here was very pleasant. Was kinda nervous for my MRI but registration to payment for smooth. little wait time unlike some other clinics. Nurse Eileen was gentle and assuring and went beyond by helping with hairnet and ear plugs when I felt giddy prior to d start of MRI. She also made sure I was feeling okay after the procedure, offering warm drinks after insertion of IV cannula and MRI. And she is so skillful that there’s zero bruises.

Definitely a 5-star rating for Radiographer Jerry as well as Yash and Roniah. Was at Radlink Paragon last week for MRI.
Roniah inserted the cannula gently with no resulting pain or bruises. She was also thorough when going through the safety screening questionnaire with me.
Jerry demonstrated care and professionalism throughout the process. He ensured that I was comfortable and his clear instructions during the process made a profound difference. The contrast dye was expeditiously injected by Yash.

This morning, I underwent my routine PET scan at Paragon Radlink. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Ms. Eswari, the nurse who was responsible for my care. She exhibited exceptional attentiveness to my requirements, providing me with two blankets as the scanning room was quite cold. Furthermore, she informed me of the duration of my scan prior to its completion. I had a wonderful and calming experience this morning, which was greatly enhanced by her warm and reassuring demeanour.

I visited there on December 16, 2025, around noon. I want to thank the team for their exceptional service- from the registration staff to the nurses. They were friendly, and despite the busy day, the atmosphere in the blood collection and preparation room was cheerful. I noticed a kakak (sis in Malay) in a tudung (scarf) who was clearly enjoying her work, along with some senior staff nurses (SSN) who took time to explain everything to me. Special thanks to SSN Carol Ng for her skilful needle insertion, managing my heart rate, and guiding me through the process.

Been here many times since 2021. Never on time. Always needed to wait for long time for the scans despite the appointment booked..today waited for one hour again... Waste my time... If is not because my doctor wanted me to book with Radlink, I don't think I'll choose this place for scans...

The CT scan experience is very good. The counter staffs are speaking very politely. The staff Roniah is passionate about my emotional concerns on my jaw swelling. She provided very good nursing care to me. The entire process is efficient. Redlink re-embursement the patient taxi fare from Mount Avenia hospital to the imaging scan center.
