Charged $68 and the shop was not able to remove the Vaseline stains on the down jacket at all. The staff kept the invoice and credit card receipt did not return after I pickup the laundry. Gave 3 stars instead of one star is because the past services were good.

Presto is the worst dry cleaner. If you are planning to send in jackets and trench coats, please don't. They are extremely unprofessional. Hot iron over a black blazer resulting in burnt shiny marks, and hot iron over the flap of the trench coat (with the button beneath) causing yet another burnt shiny mark. When a complaint was raised with Presto, this is the response - "we are unable to process shiny marks as a claim for compensation as it is a common problem for jackets". Great response - send in laundry at your own risk, because they will not take responsibility for damage.

I’ve sent in a relatively inexpensive black jacket to presto for dry cleaning. The garment was returned to me with iron streaks all over. This came as a surprise as it’s not my first time using Presto. Their past services were very pleasant and commanded the premium.
From the damage, it is clear that the garment’s care label mentions to press with a press cloth - was clearly ignored.
It’s disappointing that a premium dry cleaner can’t get a basic piece right. The service recovery was subpar and could not even restitute the fee paid for the dry cleaner.
I will not be back because I can’t afford sending my garments in and having to worry about whether basic pieces can done right.

She is always checking and making sure all our laundry well taken care. You can leave the laundry and know all will be taken care properly. Good job, Presto!

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Paid $160 to dry clean a $1000 outfit. After ruining it, offered $140 back in compensation, not even the amount I paid them to clean. After speaking to customer service (who took a month to respond), offered me a $60 voucher on top of that and still didn’t apologise. Whilst the financial aspect is disappointing, the stress of the situation and the complete incompetence and carelessness of Presto made everything so much worse.

Ruined two of my pants and no compensation, no apology. And they have the audacity to keep raising prices. Read the room, your service is atrocious and there are better and more afforable laundry services nearby.

Use Presto's delivery service at own risk, I was advised by Presto's staff.
My designer items - priced almost $500 each -were returned badly stained. It's unthinkable that I can even wear these again. The delivery man had checked the items to be faultless in front of us before he took them away. But when the items reached their tagging center, they were apparently stained. Presto denies responsibility.
For the item they identified as stained, no refund was given. For the item that they did not realized was stained, only a refund of the laundry fee was given.
In 2021, Presto also ironed down my dress that was not meant to be ironed.
I find that I was quite foolish to trust in Presto's end-to-end service. Despite the delivery man and us checking the items before they left our home, Presto is not to be held accountable if the item ends up at their tagging center stained.
The perceived convenience of their delivery service is not worth it if clothes become compromised. I would personally NOT use their services again.
