The staff were incredibly helpful! I had vomit stains on my 100% wool Burberry scarf (dry clean only), and they went above and beyond to find a solution. Not only did the scarf come back looking brand new after their dry cleaning, but it was also ready earlier than expected! Sometimes, you just have to trust the professionals :)

They used to be very good. But due to recent price hike, no longer worth going to this shop. No point talking to customer support. Better to go other laundry shops. The negative reviews were a concerned for customers sending luxury items to the shop.
