I recently visited Dr. Yuen and, unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. She didn’t take the time to ask about my skincare routine or the products I was already using, which I found quite concerning. Instead of discussing my concerns in detail, she immediately prescribed a list of medicines to purchase directly from her, along with several therapy sessions. It felt very impersonal, as if she follows the same approach for everyone, rather than tailoring her recommendations to each patient’s needs. Overall, it came across as more of a money-making scheme than genuine medical care. I would not recommend her services.
