I recently visited Dr. Yuen and, unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. She didn’t take the time to ask about my skincare routine or the products I was already using, which I found quite concerning. Instead of discussing my concerns in detail, she immediately prescribed a list of medicines to purchase directly from her, along with several therapy sessions. It felt very impersonal, as if she follows the same approach for everyone, rather than tailoring her recommendations to each patient’s needs. Overall, it came across as more of a money-making scheme than genuine medical care. I would not recommend her services.

Dr. Patricia was highly knowledgeable and honest about my hair condition during my initial consultation. She recommended the AHS treatment, along with oral medication and minoxidil application.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Upon checking in, they were quick and efficient. Dr. Yuen’s assessment of my issue was solved in a timely manner. She asked questions pertaining to what I’ve used, and prescribed treatments. She also gave me background information and explained in depth the reasoning why I am experiencing these issues. We quickly scheduled a follow up appointment in the same session.
Another star employee is nurse Yien Yee. She’s friendly and made us feel comfortable. Nurse Yien has a lot of work experience in dermatology and also further recommended ways to help treat my symptoms.
We are so glad we found a great dermatology clinic in Singapore!

I have been with Dr Yuen for about a couple years and have seen great results on my skin.
In late April I went to a new aesthetic clinic before going on a trip. I went to this clinic was because they were absorbing GST and it’s cheaper.
I did hydro facial there and sadly got this therapist who was doing the extraction on my nose, spending majority of the time on extracting my nose and it was very painful!
She said that it will go away after a few hours. The next day, it was still red and my skin was peeling!
After I came back from my vacation and went back to Dr Yuen clinic.
The minute when I took off my mask, my regular therapist Yoke Ping and Dr Yuen, both of them noticed that there was a wound there. She gave me a cream to help with the wound and redness.
All the therapists in Dr Yuen clinic are skillful and well trained and I see improvement on my skin now when I did the hydro facial with them.
I have learnt my lesson and won't be back to that aesthetics clinic again.
