Visited the store this afternoon (18/11/24, around 2:30pm) and had a disappointing experience. The SA barely acknowledged us and offered no help. When I sprayed a bit of perfume on the sample paper and some accidentally landed on the shelf, she tsk’d very loudly and only said one word the entire time: “Fresh.” (I guess she was referring to the perfume I was holding on to.) Her attitude completely ruined the experience. Definitely not coming back. Would have given 0 star if I had the chance. Terrible experience indeed. Please improve your customer service and at least have some basic courtesy.

I explained the premise to the woman working there, Janice Tay, and she was amazing!!! She took my present so seriously, helping me line up the scents and making the most memorable present for my Mom. Genuinely so appreciative of her! This was the final product 🥹

Came by to test out some scents, and honestly did not expect to have such an enjoyable time in the store. Janice was super accommodating and gave her fullest attention in letting me try a few I was interested in — even ones that have been discontinued, which I truly appreciate. The other lady on shift was also very friendly, though I did not manage to get her name.

There was no hard selling, just sincere and professional service.
