I came here with my Mom to buy her a present. My plan was to make her blind test and see her favourite scent (though I already had one in mind). I explained the premise to the woman working there, Janice Tay, and she was amazing!!! She took my present so seriously, helping me line up the scents and making the most memorable present for my Mom. Genuinely so appreciative of her! This was the final product 🥹

Came by to test out some scents, and honestly did not expect to have such an enjoyable time in the store. Janice was super accommodating and gave her fullest attention in letting me try a few I was interested in — even ones that have been discontinued, which I truly appreciate. The other lady on shift was also very friendly, though I did not manage to get her name.

Heartwarmingly thanks to Yen Nee, experiencing an outstanding service at Maison Margiela, Takashimaya Orchard outlet. Through engaging introductions and stories, she showed me how much fun it could be to learn about each perfume's scent, even though I wasn’t planning on making a purchase. There was no hard selling, just sincere and professional service.
Yen Nee's warm welcome and genuine smile made the entire session delightful. I will definitely return to her for any future gift purchases. Highly recommended!

Went to Takashimaya outlet for early V‐day shopping to get something for my wife, was quite surprised by what they are able to do just by simply purchasing a bottle of perfume, like customisation on wordings and photo printing! My wife love it very much! Thanks to Jess or Jass if i never remember the staff name wrongly, don't know what scent should I go for and she recommended the right scent which my wife love! 👍👍👍keep up the awesome service!

Dropped by on Fri evening around 8pm looking for Never Ending Summer. Unfortunately, it's still not available in SG. However, the sales person, a sweet young woman with a Chinese accent, was so pleasant and helpful. Will definitely come again.

Visited the store this afternoon (18/11/24, around 2:30pm) and had a disappointing experience. The SA barely acknowledged us and offered no help. When I sprayed a bit of perfume on the sample paper and some accidentally landed on the shelf, she tsk’d very loudly and only said one word the entire time: “Fresh.” (I guess she was referring to the perfume I was holding on to.) Her attitude completely ruined the experience. Definitely not coming back. Would have given 0 star if I had the chance. Terrible experience indeed. Please improve your customer service and at least have some basic courtesy.

Janice was great in recommending us the perfect scents to use, and even going beyond as to show how to apply perfume best to make it last. I learned a couple of perfume combinations from her, and I will definitely return here again if i would like to purchase again.
