Resend : 20 Nov. Dear Longchamp, I feel that you may have just copy and paste your replies, to mine. I am not Gavin. My name is nowhere near Gavin. It is sad when you have a wonderful staff in the boutique, but not in the back end. Please consider in rechecking your work before hitting the Send button. It will not look good on Longchamp. Regards. ----------------------------------- I went twice in ION boutique. first time I was being served by Fizzo. He is attentive and warmth and genuine in serving me altho I have told him, I was intending to purchase anything that day. Yesterday I went ION boutique again, and was served by Myna. The experienced I had with Fizzo and Myna were the same. They're both friendly yet professional, they're informative & attentive yet not pushy for sales. The only difference is, I bought a bag yesterday. I wanted to specially mentioned these two staff of yours for their genuine and sincere approach to us. Appreciate the kind effort and assistance Fizzo and Myna. Thank you.
