Have bought 8 bags from them over the past 7 years and I have not been disappointed. Affordable Nylon bags that are of high quality. Perfect for SG weather. Bags are usually over stuffed with office files, used almost every other day yet they have never had any issues. Have been a loyal customer for 7 years and will continue to do so. Highly recommended for everyday use. It's light comfortable and easy to care for.

Vince is a GEM! 🌟
This isn’t my first time being served by Vince and honestly?
He’s the reason I keep coming back. His service is consistently warm, thoughtful, and genuine. I’ve had experiences where I popped into the store but politely walked back out… because Vince wasn’t around. 😅 That’s how much I value the way he makes the shopping experience feel personal and unrushed.
He remembers what I’ve been eyeing, gives honest recommendations, and even takes note of stock updates for me. Despite being on his way to lunch, he still stayed and attended to me with a smile (and a joke or two…. Vince is lowkey hilarious).
That level of kindness and inclusivity? Rare. Really rare.
So yes, I might walk in for a bag, but it’s Vince’s service that makes it feel like coming home.

Visited this store to check if I could return a defective bag I bought from their overseas boutique and was quite shocked by the way the staff here received me. It drew so much attention to an already embarrassing situation of having a defective bag inspected (and then being told it looked like deliberate mishandling).
The male staff member kept repeating that it looked like a cut instead of a defect and I told him I understood why he refused to take my item in, but was it really necessary to have so many staff members standing around looking at me? Some privacy and tactfulness would have been appreciated. When I first came in, only 1 staff member was visible in the shop. While having my torn bag inspected, suddenly more staff started appearing to stare at my bag.
One staff lady asked why I didn’t check the condition of the bag in the overseas store first. Why would anyone anticipate receiving a defective product purchased from a legitimate Longchamp store? I already felt frustrated that this defect was discovered only when I had flown back to Singapore. I left feeling much worse than when I came in, and was made to feel stupid that I didn’t discover this defect much earlier.
Contacted the original store I bought this from and they have yet to reply. My partner will be calling the boutique to liaise directly as I can’t imagine having to go through this embarrassment again. Please do better by your customers Longchamp ION. 1 star for the male staff who was patiently explaining why he couldn’t take in my item.

Visited the newly renovated ION branch early Sunday morning, very pleasant shopping experience.
Warmly greeted by friendly staff, especially Jessie, who gave lots of recommendations and advice while I looked around.
Was looking for a phone pouch and ended up buying a bag for my mum as well. Though they didnt have the color in stock, Jessie helped to bring over from another outlet w/o delay.
Overall an enjoyable shopping experience, will definitely come again. 😀

I visited the Longchamp store at Paragon last weekend to look for a gift, and was assisted by a staff member named Tracy. She was friendly, patient, and truly helpful throughout. Her warm service made me feel comfortable and welcomed, and I even learned a lot about the brand that I hadn’t known before. It was an excellent experience with outstanding customer service. Longchamp will definitely be at the top of my list for future purchases.

I was looking to get my friend a small daily use bag as a gift. Myna was a huge help, assisting me to find a bag with the perfect design, colour and size. She was patient the whole process despite my dozen questions.

Went to Ion to do a exchange for my travel bag,excellent service from a Chinese guy name Vin (maybe I spell wrongly)but he is the only Chinese guy in d shop(25 May 2025,around 130 to 2pm)).He do the extra miles to help me to check n arrange for me to go to Taka to do the exchange,extremely happy as I need the bag urgently for my travel.Many thanks🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏Highly recommended to purchase from Ion and from him.
