This place i used to love to buy my Bags since 2016 in Sg but lately they always changes staff or the old staff who used to serve me relocated to different branches !
Sadly came last Thurday SL named Tracy was really not having the patience , she vibes me with a Bad attitude.Considering this is a High End brand not a Bakery.!
Guys Customer's are always right either they buy or not , Customers Must deserve Equality service!
It is" LongChamp" , Im not buying bread here.
Such a Pitty , I might limit my buying in this Paragon branch.
Will search the SL who knew me since 2016 and will serve me like a King with Pleasure even I dont buy nothing or I buy 3,000sgd worth of good!

Very frustrating experience dealing with the salesperson E*sa here. Only keen on selling the most expensive bags and not interested in other items like the xtra hobo, energy or roseau lines. She will ignore you if you don’t intend to buy the seasonal items that give the highest commission. Ion outlet is a lot better, and their staff so far has been very friendly every single visit, addressing questions such as color options and sizing.
Paragon store really ruined longchamp’s purchasing service experience for me, and that’s coming from someone who bought over 10 bags from the company since last year.
