Purely rating this outlet from a beauty shopper's perspective, the dim warm lighting is terrible for makeup shopping. Take a leaf out of Watsons (nearby) book because you're doing your customers and the brands you carry a huge disservice.

Date: 8 March 2023 Compliments to the male cashier & retail associate who served me on my visit. They were pleasant & sincere to assist. However, the visit was sullied by a so called “online marketeer/influencer”, whatever they call it. She shot to fame with her crass adjectives describing female anatomy. Yes it happened to be just a coincidence she was there to “do a job” but her presence was off putting due to her incessant squawking style of hosting I had to apologise to the store staff before leaving ( she was roving around store and around me ) I put this down here because having witnessed her live style of being rude & nasty ( she personally told me off by hurling accusations of my “financial ability” as if she is unable to deliver should i order from her ) Over an alleged washroom break she claim she had no time for and i politely asked that she goes asap at that. Excuse me? She made the store looked so cheap that day I will never purchase anything she endorses and I hope DFG will consider their choices of “marketeers” wisely. She doesn’t suit store’s image, sorry, not sorry for my experience, to the marketing team of DFG. Thank you for reading. You can sue me for what my opinion is worth as a genuine customer. Unpleasant Woman at the pharmacy. It was quite a long wait, and I needed to get a Ostomy care replacement for a Patient that was due to change 2 days ago and leaking. My question was simple and can be answered Yes or No very quickly. The order Lady, was such a bitter person and was taking her sweet time. I understand she was packing the other guy stuff, but she is basically almost done. Is it so hard just to answer, "no unfortunately we dont have that here" it only take a few seconds. So I can get a move on if they dont have it and find other place without wasting so much time. But Instead she just use hand motion to point the direction at the other person and doesn't even look at you. How rude. If there is such thing as Karma, I hope she experience the same thing when she needed something important in a rush for someone important to her. Guardian, dont you think you need at least one more person who know the stuff that Guardian carries. I wouldnt even be visiting this place if the mount E Guardian wasnt close for renovation. Why don't you put more pleasant and knowleadgeable employees like Watson. Maybe avoid going to the Guardian on Tuesday 7th Feb around 4 or 5 pm so you don't see that Woman. Or try other Guardian stores

Super rude cashier barked at customer. If she is unhappy, she should stay at home until she cools down. Should not take it out on customers.

Really upset with the service of the pharmacist name Melissa Yuen. I was there this moring looking for a salmon oil of 500mg. When I approach her, she just walk one round and come back telling me, no we do not have 500mg... then she continue chatting with her colleague. I spend 15mins going thru the store and finally found two bottles of salmon oil. I approach her again (she was still busy chatting with her colleague). I asked her how much is the dosage for the two bottles as I don’t really know how to read... she just replies me ... oh... this is for children.... i also know its for children... i just wan something 500 mg!!! She goes back chatting with her colleague... Furthermore, im on mobility Scooter and she cannot be more helpful?
