I visited the shop to inquire if I could have my bag repaired. After 5 weeks of time, they finally came back with an answer, which looked irrelevant at first sight - it was not a manufacture defect, hence they can't assist. I double checked in case the inquiry was possibly mistaken, however the store manager said it was properly addressed, which means the shop believes Givenchy can't do repair service unless it's a manufacture defect. Moreover, they explained the delay was because it was a special case - what I inquired was a simple question whether it could be repaired or not.

Disgusting service . I had a defective bag which I walked in seeking advice on modes of repair . Instead of answering my query staff immediately dismissed my bag as irrelevant to their shop since it wasn’t bought from their boutique and refused to offer any advice on how to proceed with rectification. Low class brand acting luxurious. Ashamed of all the other givenchys I own given this is the level of service they condone .

Extremely rude people! I asked if they could take the bag I saw behind the shop window for me. They literally said “ No, it's too expensive for you sorry.” And the fact that it wasn't even that expensive makes it even more rude.

Had a really bad experience with other boutique regarding a repair for my blazer buckle. Unfortunately, they mention nothing they couldn't assist me as I had purchased it online and the dry cleaner accidentally broke it.
However, when I approached the boutique in Paragon, Esther was incredibly helpful and willing to assist me with ordering the spare part for the buckle. Her kindness made all the difference.
