Phyllis was really patient with Coco and explained to us what type of grooming was suitable for her. The other staffs were also very helpful and recommended the suitable treats for her as well. Overall great experience here and Coco looks very pretty after her grooming. She love the team so much that she even went back to look for them after her grooming… hahahaha Thank you so much!

Brought Ginger for the Bespoke Spa Treatment at FUR’s gorgeous new space at The Cathay, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! A special thank you to our professional groomer, HuiTing, for her gentle touch, patience, and amazing attention to detail. She even noticed Ginger’s paws were a little red and kindly used a calming shampoo to soothe his skin! Such a thoughtful gesture that really shows how much she cares. The space is stunning, clean, and designed with pets in mind, and the whole atmosphere made it feel like a treat for both of us. Highly recommend to any pawrents who want their fur babies pampered like royalty! 🐾
