Phyllis was really patient with Coco and explained to us what type of grooming was suitable for her. The other staffs were also very helpful and recommended the suitable treats for her as well. Overall great experience here and Coco looks very pretty after her grooming. She love the team so much that she even went back to look for them after her grooming… hahahaha Thank you so much!

First grooming outside for my puppy Nougat! The staff (Sanny, Kay) are so helpful and patient, gave us such a great experience shopping too. She came out super well groomed and happy. Already booked our next appointment!!

Our little puppy had the Bespoke Spa Treatment today at FUR! Officially our favorite grooming salon from now on. The space was beautiful and groomer Kay was so patient with our puppy. He came out looking like a million bucks!

Clean shop with a lot of cute items and yummy food for pets. Staff is friendly and helpful. Will definitely bring my dogs to visit the shop again!

Brought Ginger for the Bespoke Spa Treatment at FUR’s gorgeous new space at The Cathay, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! A special thank you to our professional groomer, HuiTing, for her gentle touch, patience, and amazing attention to detail. She even noticed Ginger’s paws were a little red and kindly used a calming shampoo to soothe his skin! Such a thoughtful gesture that really shows how much she cares. The space is stunning, clean, and designed with pets in mind, and the whole atmosphere made it feel like a treat for both of us. Highly recommend to any pawrents who want their fur babies pampered like royalty! 🐾

Great selection of cute accessories and single ingredient treats for both cats and dogs. Walked in to just take a look but ended up walking away with a bag of stuff. They also offer pet grooming in the store. Do Pop by when you’re around The Cathay.

Severus thoroughly enjoyed his spa day here! Staff was super friendly and accommodating! He loves his new haircut! There's even a nice play pen for him to wait his turn!

Groomer did a fantastic job..and staff are friendly. A large space for the dogs to play around too. My doggo loves it here.

Princess enjoyed her spa day at FUR! They were very gentle with her and she wasn’t scared at all. The staff were friendly and very accommodating to all my requests on what to use on her and how to care for her. She also had a fun time exploring the store! Beautiful store, great experience!
