Very poor service staff. Very rude and not interested to even show their products properly... I used to shop for my son from here, but after my visit on 07 Jul 2024, I'll not be re-visiting this store.

terrible service, visited this shop on Sunday and there were two staff - both were women, about 20ish. both didn’t bother to offer that much of a help and just stood there with condescending looks. never going back to this outlet, taka’s staff are more pleasant and service there is better.

I had once bought the newborn blankets online and I was searching online at 8.30am to find a number to call in and look for a store which has the widest collection for newborn blankets. I found a mobile number linked to the pop up store at Shaw and I was so glad the Agnes replied so promptly in the morning and directed me to the nearest. I arrived in store just before 12pm on 21 Aug 2024 and was promptly served and shown all the options possible. The store was just too cute, I bought a blanket with a beanie, very presentable with RL’s gift packaging. They gave a balloon which is just perfect to go along with the gift delivery. Ralph Lauren Children is definitely my go-to store for newborn gifting. 1 May 2025:- They ran out of balloons for a while and I still return to buy. Penny provided excellent customer service and sent me selection of items for newborn before I got to the store and made it so easy for the purchase

Plump Chinese sales lady should really learn to not judge people who wants to browse clothes. If there is a policy that everyone who enters the shop MUST get something or be looked down upon then just put a notice or close this shop la. You’re there to work and provide a service, not there to judge everyone who walks in the shop. No greeting nvm, stop being so condescending.

absolutely disgusting service, i am very disgusted by this service. there was other people there as well that a man tended to and did not even bother looking at us or at least talk to us when me and my family asked for help. I absolutely hate this outlet. never going back. Go takashimaya better do not ever go to paragon and buy.

Visited once in a blue moon to buy a gift for a newborn. Not impressed with service and many items were out of stock. Paragon should look into tenants with poor review.

It's authentic halal Indonesian food located Somerset 313 with Indonesian interior look. This place is one of husband's fave places to eat Indonesian food. We always come to this branch as Somerset near to our place. The staffs were attentive and fast response. Our first visit was on their first opening branch in Somerset which was 3 years ago and so happy to see that they used reusable enamel mug and plate but now they replaced it with disposable which was big no no very dissapointing. We always come for their soto Betawi (very good with generous portion), nasi kuning, soto mee, dadar jagung, sate telur puyuh, etc.

First to came here with my friend as it’s nearby her office. We’ve ordered Nasi Campur Bali Sop Bontot (Oxtail Soup) Let me give you more info about the rest before we go on food taste and quality. Location - it’s located at B3-10 313 Somerset very central area. Small space but it’s alright, I thought that can be somehow cute/unique about this restaurant. Ambience - very Indonesian vibes, with wall paintings and staff also speak Indonesia that makes it more Indonesian vibe. It’s like sort of hawker style where you can see all the dishes and ready to serve. Menu Options - I would say good enough variety to choose. Quality and Quantity - it’s self service, quality it’s great taste. I just wished that they can at least pre-heat it so it’s warm or a bit hot when to eat 😐. as for the portion good for one person per dish Overall, I would say to try if you haven’t since I think it’s new and it’s around Somerset area. But to visit again, not sure of that though
