I have very sensitive skin & eczema on my face & have to always rely on my Dr's oral medication & steroid cream. This resulted in my skin becoming dry, itchy & flaky. After trying out Sothys sensitive skin treatments & products, my skin improved tremendously. My skin now looks & feels moisturised & comfortable, no more itching! I will definitely continue with the treatments. Thanks to my therapist, Lucille, for her professional & effective facials.

I've been their client since 2015 and have been satisfied with the service, skill and the knowledge provided by Lucille. She takes care of my skin with so much attention, she even notices if something has happened to my skin. Lucille has always been attentive during my facial session and even goes extra mile by doing eyebrow trimming service and a soothing shoulder massage that I am looking forward each time I visit her for my facial session. I introduce facial to my teenage daughter who has a sensitive and acne-prone skin and it has been wonderful. Lucille takes care of her skin well, ensures that the extraction is thorough and done carefully (and not very painful of course) and educates her how to take a better care of her skin. We always leave the salon with moisturized and glowing skin! Good job, Lucille!

Lucille is my facial therapist and I have been there for the past 3-4 years. The place is welcoming and relaxing. The therapist puts in a lot of effort to clean the place. My face is always hydrated and radiant for weeks to come after my facial. They don't hard sell and are also down to earth. They will always wait for you to finish your package before asking you about your next. The place is quiet and soothing. This doesn't mean is easy to book your appointment. I book 2-3 weeks in advance and they have regular customers and can be filled up very quickly.

I really enjoyed my sessions at L'Espace. The facialists are professional, skilled and they always do a consultation with me prior to the facial so that they can customise the facial accordingly. I always leave the salon with clear and happy skin!

Haven't been to stuff'd in a while and thought I would try this 'new' concept version. Ordering on self screen showed many unavailable options. I went for veggie wrap. It took 15 minutes from order to be ready, for one wrap outside of peak hours. Disappointing. Was also informed only just before ready 'no black beans' which is exactly why i stopped coming to stuff'd.. always unavailable! Veggie wrap in the end is pretty bland and just oversized without quality. Same thing with a shiny new screen at the front unfortunately.

Very disappointed with the portion sizes at this outlet. Each salad item was supposed to be served as one full scoop, but I clearly saw the server scoop significantly less than that for multiple items. I’ve attached a photo of my bowl before I even started eating — as you can see, it's barely half full. For the price, this felt stingy and not worth it. Definitely won’t be coming back unless they fix their portioning.

My first time buying from this new store at 313 for my lunch. Previously I will either go Plaza Sing or Taka to buy Stuff'd daily bowl. Ordering is automated here as you just need to place order at the ordering kiosk and the staff will prepare the food and call out your order number to collect. I am disappointed with the food portion served at the store, firstly my order came with missing item (soba was missed out), next, the salad base given is so pathetic & little, just few strands of cabbage after mixing through my daily bowl salad. When I went back to ask why the soba is missing from my order, then added on for me. And when I ask why there are so little salad base, the staff just say it is standard. I have tried daily bowl from many Stuff'd stores and this is the first time I see so little cabbage provided. I don't think the cabbage is expensive nowadays, but without customer looking at how the staff pack these salad at this store, is this the new standard portion? Disappointed.

The portion is too little, I’ve ordered from other Stuff’d outlet and their portion is worth the price but when I ordered at 313@Somerset the portion is very little. Can you standardise this? So dissatisfying and disappointing.
