Very friendly lady staff . Bought a body butter it smell so good.

Thank you so much to Iqah for helping me get the last stock of a product I wanted to get for presents! She took the time to go to another location to help me collect the items and was so friendly and helpful. It made my day.

Very bad service by this lady staff. Disappointed. I was in paragon bodyshop but was not served appropriately. Actually I want buy something. But seems the lady serve other customers better..it seems I asked her which body lotion better..it seems she didn't say to me sincerely...body language tells...so in the end I have to go to the other bodyshop to buy my things.. Is it customer are judge whether they rich or not..they are served better..I am not happy..with today experience.. As I mentioned I want to buy something but the lady seemed appropriate other customers better What happened to service in today ages..

I wish I could get a refund. Skip this place. Chicken was cold, they don’t provide chili sauce, you have to wait 25 minute for your food. When I sent back my chicken, all they did was put it in a microwave. Staff seemed untrained and don’t know what they’re doing. Only 1 guy is trying to settle everything himself. The only good thing is they have their own dedicated seats at this food court. No point spending $30 for 2 people at a foodcourt.

313 @ Somerset Food Republic is currently revamping the food court and open partially with new food concept. As I am craving for Nasi Lemak, I saw Kenny Rogers Roasters Express is selling it and currently run opening promotion at $12.90. At the time of ordering, the staff was using mobile phone for quite some time and did not noticed that there was a few customers who are waiting to order the food. Some of the customers left as the staff was not attentive. Finally the female staff came and serve the customers including myself. Do you know that you can use Breadtalk app as well? Since it is under Food Republic! The female staff are quite friendly and gave the buzzer to collect the food. The dining table and utensils slightly dirty which you need to clean before using. Waited about 10 minutes, the buzzer beat and the food is ready to collect. They served with brown rice but unfortunately the rice kinda cold and not even warm. But the fried chicken is crispy and yummy. It included Kenny Rogers Roasters signature corn muffin! 😋 Overall the food is not bad but they can improve the customer experience and to be more attentive.

Ordered Cajun Fries, it taste very good. The fries are crispy and delicious. The shop closes on 930pm and we get 2 free muffins each person with my friend. The staffs are friendly and will recommend to dine here. It is not crowded at all.

Food was disgusting. Ordered the Kenny’s Quarter meal and the food was inedible to say the least. The chicken was very dry and way too salty. The macaroni was somewhat edible . The mashed potato was downright inedible. Extremely dry, worst I tasted in my life. The standard of the food Kenny Rogers Express at this outlet is downright horrible. I cannot emphasize enough how disappointing and absolutely appalling the taste of the Chicken and the Mashed potato were. Kenny Rogers @313. Extremely poor, food was not done well, mash potatoes were not soft and fresh, wanted chili sauce but it was unavailable, took extremely long as well

Order 3 quarter meal and side give wrong for takeaway. The person taking order is slow and still can key in 1 wrong side and than pack another wrong side. Order potato salad give mash potato. Mac and cheese taste so bad. Minimum cheese and taste like flour only.
