Did a deep cleansing facial appointment and was attended by Kelly. My skin type is combi-oily and requires monthly extraction, I've tried too many salons and by far this was one place that I could survive without tear soaked cotton pads from painful extractions, and also manage to get sleep and thoroughly enjoyed the scents and experience. Kelly was meticulous, and highly skilled. To end this pleasant facial, there were samples given to aid skin recovery as well as no hard selling. Thank you very much Kelly.

I had the opportunity to try out the ultimate hydra o2 facial trial and I left the place feeling delightful and impressed. To start, the clinic had a nice and warm ambience, accompanied by therapist who were welcoming and friendly. The therapist took time to explain on my skin after the scan and the facial was very comfortable. At the end of the treatment, they shared the available promotion and packages, but what I feel most impressed was they didn't pressure us to buy packages like most other clinics would. The service and results can speak for themselves! Will definitely be back. Thank you once again! ✨😊

FM Wisma’s Dr Chester is very knowledgeable in the technical aspects of medical aesthetics procedures, and patient in answering my many detailed questions. I am also very happy with the outcome of my treatment so far! I should add that FA Wisma’s therapists are also top-notched! Before my treatment, Eugene expertly applied numbing cream onto my face with very satisfying facial massage – a pleasant surprise! My aesthetics treatment was virtually painless because of Eugene's great work. All-in-all I highly recommend FM!

Came here to inquire about a bag. When I stepped in, there was no one at all. They leave the store unmanned. 2 staff were inside some store room and only 1 young lady came out. She was rude and arrogant and treated me like I was some bug bothering her. Stay away. Ridiculous service for a high end store.

Honey four season tea (default sweetness) was super sweet. Had to add lots of water to dilute the sweetness. The wildflower honey (default sweetness) was just right in sweetness.

Service very bad and have a very bad attitude for the tomboy when I asked how many glasses he answer me, you don't have eyes you cannot see ma please take note this is not the way you answered anyone

Very bad experience at this outlet. They criticized my English pronunciation in English right in front of me, and thought I didn’t understand.
