I have booked my treatment with Freia purely because I have enjoyed their content on Instagram and it wasn’t far from my hotel . However from the moment I have entered the clinic every member of the staff was lovely and accompanying, I felt truly looked after ! I have met doctor Chester for consultation and I was really impressed how knowledgeable and attentive he is. I had a treatment with him the next day , I went for a pico laser + exosomes as I was suffering from some discolouration. The process did not hurt at all, and it’s been less than a week and would say my brown spots are 50% less visible, my skin was glowing since I got the treatment . Can’t wait to visit the clinic again.

I’ve been going to Freia Medical for about a year for facials and other skin treatments and the experience has always been great! The doctors (Dr Chester) and staff are attentive, informative and really knowledgeable. The ambience is calming and lux while being warm. No one tries to hard sell you on packages or products. Dr Chester administered botox injections on me to treat bruxism. He and his assisting nurse were professional and patient throughout, and I was briefed on what to expect during the procedure and post-procedure.

I had the opportunity to try out the ultimate hydra o2 facial trial and I left the place feeling delightful and impressed. To start, the clinic had a nice and warm ambience, accompanied by therapist who were welcoming and friendly. The therapist took time to explain on my skin after the scan and the facial was very comfortable. At the end of the treatment, they shared the available promotion and packages, but what I feel most impressed was they didn't pressure us to buy packages like most other clinics would. Before my treatment, Eugene expertly applied numbing cream onto my face with very satisfying facial massage – a pleasant surprise! Completed ultherapy prime with Dr Toby. The result is fantastic. The pain is also made bearable with the numbing cream, cooling air blowing at my face and someone beside me to distract me during the treatment. I would recommend anyone whos keen to have more lifted and contoured face and I would definitely opt to do this treatment as maintenance on a yearly basis. Thank you.
