The injeolmi bingsu is actually kinda boring because the centre is just ice… the hotteok set on the other hand is amazing! The ice cream paired with the warm pancake and the sweet sauce just blends so well together. Every bite is just so addicting 😍 I’m not a fan of how cramped that space is though. The seats are all very close to one another so having dates there would feel a bit “invasive”.

The ijeolmi dessert (shaved fine ice with roasted soy bean powder) is so nice!! We ordered the smaller sized one for two and it was just nice. We paired it with a side order of red bean and it was perfect. The cafe also allows you to book birthday parties for your kpop idol, which is a really cute touch to the Korean dessert cafe.

Ordered the "mad for bingsu" which was a $20 large size bingsu which was enough for sharing with 5-6 people I think. I dont recall that they have this "Mad for Bingsu" in the Bugis branch. Taste was nice and compared with other bingsu chain, the price is not too exorbitant.

The mango and red bean bingsoo we had was just like what I enjoyed in Korea. We ordered one of each. You can finish a whole one by yourself if you're very hungry, but it's better to share one if you're only slightly hungry. The bowls were quite small, causing the ice and bean powder to fall off. It would be helpful if they provided small plates to prevent food waste.

Great experience at Song Fa as usual. This was my first time dining in this outlet, but staff were efficient and courteous. Food was good as always and was relatively quick, having to only wait a few minutes after I ordered. I didn’t have to queue to get a table, so if you want to have some bak kut teh without waiting too long, try later in the afternoon after 2pm and before the dinner time rush. The meat was tender and delicious as always, and the you tiao/dough fritters were great. Only criticism is that the rice this time was a little hard and dry, but nothing the broth couldn’t resolve! Will definitely return again when in the area and craving some bak kut teh.

Song Fa Bak Kut Teh at The Centrepoint is a must-visit every time I have a layover in Singapore — I’ve honestly lost count, but it’s definitely been over 20 visits! 😂 The pork rib soup is hands down the best I’ve ever had. The flavour is rich, comforting, and so perfectly balanced. What I love most is how the staff continuously refill the soup with such willingness and care, making the experience even more enjoyable. The pickled vegetables are delicious and refreshing, and the fried dough sticks are a must-have to pair with the soup — I never skip them. Everything just comes together so well. On top of the amazing food, the staff are always friendly and attentive, providing excellent service every single time. Truly one of my favourite comfort food spots in Singapore. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
