A very good cooking class for people who like to learn Authentic Peranakan Cuisine within a short span of 4 lessons. This includes the technical skills and the cooking science knowledge to put together the required ingredients for each individual dish. At the end of the 4 lessons we are confident to practice what we have learned and able to share home cooked Authentic Peranakan Cuisine with friends and family. Three cheers to Chef Irene Ling and assistant chef Pamela who have done a great job!

I took the pasta course with a friend - note that all cooking classes are pair work so it helps to come with a buddy. There’s also a practical and theory test on the last day (it’s do-able). It was fun to learn the different pastas and the taste is nice. Will be great if ravioli was one of the items too.

The recent Local Chinese Delights course conducted by Chef Alicia and Chef Su was easy to follow and can be re-created in the comfort of our own home. I like how they taught us the hidden tricks of the trade like how to make rice fluffier and how to prep prawns to have better texture. The cooking classroom was very clean and well-equipped. Ingredients were fresh and delicious. Looking forward to our next course with them.

Very fun and interesting classes. In the artisanal pasta creations class, we made different pasta shapes and sauces. Teacher Irene is very engaging and helpful. Comes to our aid if we need help. Gave us insightful tips beyond the training materials. The customer service was speedy to address queries via WhatsApp and made registration a breeze online. Thanks! :)

I attended the 3 day Peranakan Cooking course. It was interesting and enjoyable although abit hectic. The chef trainer & assistant were clear in their instructions and engaging. I was able to learn new skills and appreciate cooking more.

20 Nov 2025, Delicious Bento class. Thank you Chef Keryn Yap for the tips to cook the ingredients. Also, for bringing the soft mats to roll the sushi and panda molds! No chance to use the panda mold. So I hand made a bunny!! Had so much fun & excitement! Thank you for Chef Karen who patiently prepared & portioned all the various raw ingredients, veg & cutlery for the execution of the programme! Also, my partner Hui Lin for great teamwork!

An outstanding learning pasta making class with Chef Leon! I had a great time and learned so much about handmaking the dough and cooking pasta, it was very enjoyable and such a lovely experience!

It was a very good time for the team today when we decided to take our professional shoot! As there were some technical difficulties and we were struggling to arrange ourselves, the staff (Dylia, Won and Jennifer) were proactive and kindly offered their help, before starting the timer! We felt that this little gesture helped to ensure we had a comfortable shoot, instead of needing to rush and figure out the issues by ourselves! Only one thing to note! The tv that was linked to the camera was flickering a lot, but I’m sure the team would’ve gotten it fixed by the time you’re ready this. Will definitely visit again!
