A very good cooking class for people who like to learn Authentic Peranakan Cuisine within a short span of 4 lessons. This includes the technical skills and the cooking science knowledge to put together the required ingredients for each individual dish. At the end of the 4 lessons we are confident to practice what we have learned and able to share home cooked Authentic Peranakan Cuisine with friends and family. Three cheers to Chef Irene Ling and assistant chef Pamela who have done a great job!
