Saizeriya is a budget option to have western cuisine. Okay to eat even when you're alone. The restaurant looks clean. Free water self-service. Dishes served quite fast. Staff are willing to assist. However, seems to have a lot of customers with children around the area, so you gotta find another Saizeriya if you're noise conscious. 🥬 Asparagus with egg mayo In my opinion, the sauce doesn't go well with asparagus. My suggestion is to change it to roasted sesame sauce. 🍲 Mushroom soup It's a must-have when it comes to western cuisine. Normal mushroom soup. 🍝 Scallop & salmon baked penne The number of scallops and salmons is more than what I've expected.

Decent variety of meals and drinks. Optimal portion size, good quality ingredients. An absolute uplift comparing any fastfood with exactly the same pricing grade. Super family friendly including dining with babies. Lunch time queue might be long, we dined there at 2.30pm on Sunday, half empty.

The food was very disappointing. I ordered 8pcs of wings, a pepperoni pizza, and garlic bread, and all of them were excessively oily. There is no reason for the dishes to contain that much grease. I would not recommend this place, as the food quality made me feel unwell.

I appreciate the mall’s effort in attempting to go pet-friendly. While it isn’t 100% pet-friendly yet, the little efforts taken are applaudable: 1. Clearly labelled signs from the carpark to lift lobby to the mall. While this may sound simple, you will be surprised by how many established malls fudge this up. 2. Large open spaces which are indoor pet-stroller friendly. 3. Concentration of pet-friendly shops, amenities and Sky park on level 4. Will definitely hope that one day the general lift lobby can be accessed rather than the cargo lift, though the cargo lift worked rather well. However, the bumpiness is not ideal for both humans and pets with motion sickness. Also hoping for more pet-friendly eateries which explicitly allows pets instead of customers having to circumvent or flout any rules, such as having pet strollers on the tiles of the mall while we sit within the area demarcated by the tiles of the cafe. Well done in general!

The newly rejuvenated Cathay mall cum lifestyle concept mall is a nice place to visit. It’s not too crowded on weekdays, and the recent renovation gives the place a touch of luxury with a more spacious layout. While there aren’t many fashion retail options, the mall boasts numerous popular eateries and cafes perfect for relaxing. A new supermarket is also set to open soon in the basement, adding to the convenience. Overall, it’s a recommended spot to check out when you’re around the Orchard Road area.

Not much people on weekdays, peaceful to chill and hangout with friends. Many affordable places to have a good meal with good service at Saizeriya and Yakiniku Like. Miniso nicer than other branches.

Impressed by the revamp. Comfortable and cosy forum space with seating, much more traffic in the building. The sightlines and visual rhythms are very pleasing now. It does not feel deserted. Thermomix is there now too.

Mall does not have much going on at the moment as it has just reopened. But … Quite a clever idea to move to bring the famous Cathay busker indoors to draw in the crowds. A pity that the acoustics are very echo-ey, which makes it hard to hear the song, or have a conversation in Starbucks

Revamped and newly open. Not many stores open yet

It's like a ghost town, not a friendly welcoming place. I was early for the show, couldn't find any where to sit while waiting for it to start. Both the floors has huge empty space but no seats, such a waste of space, bad planning, all they had was 2 standing tables. I couldn't check out the shops because most are closed. Coming from real estate background this place is not well plan, no good flow/energy. In the cinema, the seats are comfortable but sadly there were only 3 pax watching. Lots can be done for improvement.
