Very lovely and friendly couple, took time to explain the luggages and price was good compared to other shops and departmental store. Patient with me when I was deciding on the size and colour. Will definitely be back in the future to get more lugggages!

Inquired tru carousel and was promptly replied by sales guy. He was also patient enough and wait for me to discuss with my wife which model to buy. Colours are according to stocks available. After choosing the model and colours, they even do doorstep delivery with delivery fee which i don't mind. After making my online payment, delivery was also prompt and delivered the same day at my doorstep. Overall, reccomended shop/seller with great service.

Was looking for the Cactus (green) Lojel carry on but apparently a lot of shops don't carry it anymore. I finally found this shop through an app and they had a range of Lojel luggages. Authentic, have already applied for my warranty. Transaction was smooth and they replied quick to queries too. If you're looking for a carry on that is expandable, can try this Lojel but do note that it can only be opened from the front.

Went to this shop to look for Lojel after having read reviews that they sell them for a good price. Was at first disappointed that they stopped carrying the brand. But it turned out to be better for me. Carol, who is very helpful and knowledgeable, recommended Eminent, another underrated but quality product at a much more reasonable price. She even gave me a discount and gave me tips on skipping the taxi ride back with my new luggage. Super happy with my purchase. Highly recommend the is place for smart buys at good prices.

Went into this shop today to buy a hand bag. Carol was super helpful and offered my husband and I a chair each to sit down while I made my choices.
