I had my first Brazilian sugaring experience with Farah, and it was amazing. I was honestly really nervous because it was my first time and I was scared I wouldn’t be able to handle the pain. But Farah made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. While there was still some pain — as expected for a first-timer — it was much more tolerable than I imagined. I truly believe it was her skill and experience that made everything go so smoothly. Will definitely be back and also recommend to my friends!

Nice place it’s in Cathay plaza . Happen to chance upon this place when I was looking to buy contact lens. What impresses me is that they have an after sale care for you! Which is what prompted me to review this optic shop. The lady staff attended to me was amazing in customer service!

Great service, Shawn goes above and beyond to ensure his customers are satisfied. Always reachable, fast response, it is almost like I have a concierge service for contacts. There is one time he was available late at night to provide guidance on contacts issue. Always willing to help. I have been going to the sister store for many years and I always order my contacts here.
