I had a wonderful experience at Bio Aesthetic. Dr. VJ addressed all my questions about the treatments thoroughly. Hanjing provided exceptional service; she was incredibly friendly and took the time to check in on my comfort during the procedure. Xiaoman also welcomed me warmly and carefully explained the best treatment options for my needs. The clinic truly knows how to treat their clients with care and professionalism.

This was my first visit, and I had a great experience! The staff were all very friendly, and both Xiaoman (Consultant) and Dr. Daniel (Doctor) were exceptionally warm and professional. I went for jaw Botox with Dr. Daniel, and he was incredibly skilled. It was the first time I didn’t experience any bruising at all. In the past, I had noticeable bruises just a few hours after similar treatments at other aesthetic clinics. Highly recommend their service and care!

I had my first Brazilian sugaring experience with Farah, and it was amazing. I was honestly really nervous because it was my first time and I was scared I wouldn’t be able to handle the pain. But Farah made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. While there was still some pain — as expected for a first-timer — it was much more tolerable than I imagined. I truly believe it was her skill and experience that made everything go so smoothly. Will definitely be back and also recommend to my friends!
