Must go shop among Japanese loving in Singapore looking for a Singapore gifts before going back to Japan.

It's definitely a hidden gem for souvenirs! It's not a big store, but they have so many unique pieces—and the prices are much lower than other souvenir shops. If you're just after T-shirts that say "I ❤️ SG" or pens with the Merlion printed on them, this isn't the place (though they do carry a few). But if you're looking for beautiful Singapore scenery illustrations hand-drawn by Cho-san, the warm, welcoming, and very friendly owner, printed on bags, unique Peranakan cloth pouches, and other one-of-a-kind finds—then you've found the right spot! This is truly a hidden gem for souvenir hunting! The store isn't big, but it has many unique and lovely items, and they're much more affordable than other souvenir shops. If you're just looking for T-shirts that say "I ❤️ SG" or pens with the Merlion print, this might not be the place for you (although they do have a few items like that). But if you're looking for hard-to-find items like bags printed with beautiful Singaporean landscape illustrations by the incredibly warm and friendly owner, Cho, or pouches made from unique Peranakan fabric, then this is the place for you!

The artist in charge is really friendly and his art store is worth a visit. Much better than the typical handicraft shops around. Come here for your authentic Singapore souvenir and meet the friendly face behind the store!

I had an excellent experience visiting W Optics in Centrepoint 31st December 2024. Madeline Yang, who helped me, was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. She took the time to explain my options, including current promotions, and helped me to choose the perfect pair of glasses with progressive lenses plus I upgraded my sun glasses with the new lenses (thanks to promotion!). The eye exam was thorough and professionally conducted, ensuring I received the right prescription. It’s worth mentioning that the shop had a great variety of frames and lenses to choose from and the quality was top-notch. You are in definite luck if you are attended by Jeaneth. She helps me find the perfect glasses every time, ensuring I'm comfortable and satisfied. Great service from Yun Jing from the Centrepoint outlet. Very highly recommended! She was very patient, detailed and helpful in providing advice and tips around wearing softlenses. It was my first time experiencing such detailed eye check-up and lense fitting. She didnt rush to get my eye check-up, and she was very detailed. She also gave me some tips on how to fix the eyes issues based on the assessments. She was also quick in responding to my queries via mobile chats. When I visited WOptics to collect my softlenses, although I didnt buy my glasses from WOptics, she even offered to fix my glasses, as I’ve been wearing loose glasses for 90% of the time. She took the time to fix it, and I was a happy customer, got my lenses and my glasses fixed on that same visit. Post- collection, she also did follow-up check on how I was doing with the new softlenses.This is true service that I truly appreciate, so thanks Yun Jing & WOptics, keep it up!😊 I highly recommend to do eye check up & lense fitting especially if you have sensitive & dry eyes like me. Not all lenses fit our eyes profiles. They will let us try multiple brands of lenses based our eyes assessments. This will ensure you select the right lenses that provide best comfort to your eyes.
