I had the privilege of working with Teacher Sharon for both ISAT and interview preparation, and I cannot recommend her enough. She is incredibly patient and always takes the time to answer my questions in detail, no matter how small. For the ISAT, her strategies—especially the 2M method—were clear, practical, and highly effective. I found myself applying her techniques naturally during the exam. When it came to interview prep, she guided me to reflect deeply and gain a stronger understanding of myself. Her approach helped me articulate my thoughts clearly and authentically, allowing me to confidently present who I am to the interviewers. She also encouraged me to think out of the box, which really elevated the way I responded to more challenging questions. Thank you, Teacher Sharon, for your support and guidance throughout this journey!

Sharon is an excellent UCAT tutor who was always friendly and supportive. Most importantly, her lessons were effective, as she helped me significantly improve my UCAT score. She explained concepts clearly and always made sure I understood each section. Considering that I was doing NS, and had limited time, she gave me a manageable workload and tailored our sessions to suit my schedule. The practice worksheets she gave me were very helpful, and the tips she taught during our classes really helped with the speed at which I could complete the questions. I’m really grateful for her help.

My coach Joyce was really knowledgeable and provided me with meaningful feedback for my interview prep. She built up my confidence and helped me with my questions even after our session's time slot was over. The questions she prepared for me were insightful and covered various topics that were asked during the interview. I couldn’t have asked for a better mentor throughout the process!

With help from Joyce, my girl managed to secure a spot in medicine. She is an encouraging and knowledgeable coach. She conducted mock interviews, provided potential questions, and taught her how to draw out personal experiences during interviews.

I worked with Teacher Sharon for about a month in preparation for my UCAT, within this short period, she still managed to help improve my scores and boost my confidence ! She was able to answer all my questions and explain them to me effectively.

I really appreciated Ashley’s help today. I was nervous and lost as it was my first time handling my finances and I had to make large transactions. Ashley was incredibly understanding and efficient in her work, inquiring about my situation to see how she can better help and guiding me along the way

Visited on a Saturday at around 12.45pm. Staff at the entrance of the branch was proactive and helpful, registering my number for the queue. Service staff Ms Ng assisted me in card and account related matters expediently and politely, even though I asked quite a handful of questions. Done with my whole visit by about 2.20pm. Seems like they are improving their service, worth to go down to get relevant matters addressed if the customer service hotline and chatbot services are inadequate to solve your problem. Best to go and get it done at one shot 👍

With the death of the relative, I had to effect the closure of several term deposit accounts. Vi was extremely helpful, guiding me through the process of closure as well as the setting up of an estate account (where the proceeds could be transferred to). Not only that, she went through each of the term deposits and let me know exactly how much the penalties would be for early closure. Because of her expertise and guidance, I was able to accomplish everything I needed to do, especially given that I had all the necessary information I needed to serve the wishes of the deceased. Thank you!

Im really grateful to Ms Sharon for her guidance and support in my preparations for the ISAT. She was always patient in answering all my questions and made sure I fully understood everything before moving on.
