I have been doing reformers for 7 years and been to many studios. I must say Flex is one of the more professional ones with a focus on classical Pilates which is a must for all Pilates lovers to understand the True spirit of Pilates!

Warm, welcoming and professional classical pilates studio! I've been to several from contemporary to classical studios and I can say this studio is top of the class. 1. The instructors are all so competent ! Gentle and firm. Provide very good verbal cues with some gentle kinesthetic guidance which makes following instructions much easier. 2. Studio is very well kept - the location is central and the studio is spacious and well-lit with natural daylight. There's an in-house aunty who does housekeeping which shows the studio doesn't scrimp on the important stuff (cleanliness!). There's always someone manning the reception desk and so very helpful. 3. Intimate class size of 3-4 pax means focus and attention! 4. Wide range of equipment - variety to keep the practice exciting! The only 'complaint' is that it's quite far from my home but one I am willing to compromise for everything else the studio offers. Thanks Flex Studio Team!

Was browsing for simple earrings that I could wear daily at work. Chance upon LMK Diamond and the staff were friendly and very helpful. They recommended me a few earrings with my descriptions since all I wanted was simple. They have quite a few delicate and intricate designs. In fact, I even got a matching necklace with my earrings. I was looking for a gift for my mom for quite sometime at several jewellery shops and I stumbled upon this shop at lucky plaza. The sales manager Joyanne was extremely helpful trying to help me select the ideal gift within my budget . They have such a wide array of collection and I took awhile before I finally settled on a gorgeous piece of yellow stone necklace. Joyanne was extremely knowledgeable and patient and I didn’t feel that I was being pressured to buy from her unlike other shops that I went to . Will definitely be making my second purchase from her again !

We were recommended LMK to resize our ring. Joyanne was very professional and we got our ring back in 30 mins. They made sure we could check the GIA inscription on the diamond as well.

Definitely over the moon with my customised halo ring. It turned out to be exactly what I wanted. The consultants aren’t just friendly but also very attentive to details. Would highly recommend to people who are looking for unique, customised and high quality jewellery pieces.
