I visited this salon four years ago, yet the experience still lingers like a nightmare that refuses to fade. I decided to leave a comment here publicly. I had requested a highlight color service, which was initially quoted at around S$250. However, I was shocked to be charged over S$800 - absolutely unbelievable! They added a “Director Fee” on top of the basic service, even though I never requested a director. In reality, he did nothing except briefly touch my hair a few times, yet they still charged for it. I’m sharing this experience because consumers deserve to be aware.

Services very mediocre for the super duper expensive price! Got very English challenged staff. basic ok haircut . Very disappointed with wrong mix matched highlights done on my hair... I am still in shock for the price I paid for my awful highlights!!

Have been buying apple + celery + bitter gourd juice, but it always tasted almost only apple juice. Then I started to observe the next time when I ordered, only tiny piece of bitter gourd that is in the petty size of a thumb is put in the blender, and I never noticed celery was ever added. Both china lady staff have bad attitude though.

Yuki was my instructor today and she is very good and listens to my concerns and my body and guided me very well. I enjoyed my session very much and felt my body become more flexible and loosen up as well. My posture is improving but will need more regular sessions to work better.

Had a great Pilates session with Yuki :) She took time to understand my body and pointed out areas I should pay more attention to. The exercises she planned were really tailored to what I needed, and I felt so much better after the class. She’s super patient and easy to talk to, highly recommend her!

Ordered an avocado milkshake today that tasted nothing like it. Not sure if they fail to wash the blender after each use or the avocado has gone bad. It. was. awful.
