I visited this salon four years ago, yet the experience still lingers like a nightmare that refuses to fade. I decided to leave a comment here publicly. I had requested a highlight color service, which was initially quoted at around S$250. However, I was shocked to be charged over S$800 - absolutely unbelievable! They added a “Director Fee” on top of the basic service, even though I never requested a director. In reality, he did nothing except briefly touch my hair a few times, yet they still charged for it. I’m sharing this experience because consumers deserve to be aware.
