Drinks a bit pricy

I absolutely loved my stay at the Como Orchard. Without exception the staff were all very friendly, helpful and professional. I stayed in an Emerald Room which was a really good size and very well equipped with a good size bar fridge, sink, microwave, tea/coffee making, good cupboard space to unpack your suitcase. Breakfast was great - continental followed by your choice of a cooked breakfast. We ordered room service and was the best I've had in a hotel. We ate at Como Cuisine restaurant and the food was fantastic. There are excellent facilities in the hotel. The rooftop pool and bar are fabulous. From up there you get a great view over the city and the sunbeds around the corner from the pool have a clear view over to Marina Bay Sands. The room with the robot coffee making machine is lovely to sit in and the coffee is great! The hotel itself feels very fresh and modern and not so big and hectic as some other hotels can be. The location is perfect. Just around the corner from Orchard Road and across the road from the Paragon Shopping Centre. Just outside the hotel there is a pedestrian walkway over the road directly into Paragon Centre which is really handy. I really couldn't fault this hotel and the delightful staff at Como Orchard.

What a great place to stay very modern and very well appointed rooms. Best rain shower I have ever had the pleasure of being under. Very friendly staff. Good choices for breakfast. ABOVE all the emerald rooms are real comfortable and a good size for a city room almost apartment size. Ps infinity pool overhangs the sheer drop with a glass wall and floor.

Nice place to unwind & relax

Great rain shower and Como Shambhala amenities to relieve yourself from a long day at work/sightseeing. Can’t wait to re-visit the highly anticipated luxury retail space as well as aesthetic desserts from Cedric Grolet. Definitely one of the most happening hotels in the heart of Orchard Road!

Very good staff. Always will listen and help were they can. They have a coffee making robot that provides free coffee. The room was good. A new hotel which has some settling issues. Nice location if you want to be in the Orchard Rd area. The in-house restaurant has nice food, breakfast and dinner. There is a bar on the roof and a pool. All very good, but the place is pricey.

Nice cosy environment for afternoon tea and shopping. Got a restaurant on the second floor too. Nice pastries and cakes to try at the level 1 cafe.

Excellent Location, Amenities provided in room is excellent and room size is spacious and comfortable. Hotel staffs well knowledge with hotel facilities . Located at Prime Shopping Area in Orchard and is within walking distance to all Malls.

The Location is very near to shopping malls such as Takashimaya and a lot more, Mrt station too. The room is very nice, spacious, and clean. The automated blinds are also cool!  The toilet is like a place similar to a spa with Como Shambala products to enjoy which by the way I really love!  This is the kind of hotel that you want to really stay after a long day of sightseeing/shopping! The staff are very friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for making my stay there memorable, I will definitely choose this place again! Highly recommended🥰😍😊
