I was the only customer in the ion store. Sales assistant saw me and couldn't care less to assist with what I was looking for. After walking 2 rounds around the store, I had to approach them to show what I was exactly looking for. Quite unpleasant. Wld stick to lululemon for quality and service

Fantastic experience with Jasmine today in Jan 2024. A purple dress I was interested to get had a snag with thread coming apart. Jasmine made the effort to check with other branches proactively and walked all the way to Ion to collect the other dress for me to choose. I have to command such initiative. Will be returning here for my future purchases! Note: There are way more selections here.
