Wow I’ve never felt so compelled to leave a negative review. Visited for the first time on the evening of 12 Feb and felt the 1 sales lady was extremely rude and unwelcoming. When she asked what I was looking for and I said I’d like to browse, she replied “sureeee” in a sarcastic tone. She then stood in the middle of the store glaring at me as if she didn’t want me to go in further. When I asked if a pair of leggings came in a different colour, she replied curtly “no” without offering any other options. As I proceeded to the rest of the store, she aggressively started rearranging all the racks I had passed, as if I’ve badly messed up her display. No “thank you” or any pleasantries when I exited the store.
I simply wanted to explore the brand, but guess I’ll be sticking to lulu and alo!

Unpleasant shopping experience yesterday at ion store.
Wanted to try backpack before purchase, as have seen it online. When I ask for it, sales girl reply no backpack. Then I saw the backpack on the mannequin and asked to see 2nd pc, the sales tell me that it’s the last piece and the price. That puts me off. The backpack price is good for me but not the sales attitude.
Honestly, I wasn’t going to ask for the backpack to be taken down from mannequin as don’t think I really want it on 2nd look. Same goes for Sweaty Betty ion too now.

I was the only customer in the ion store. Sales assistant saw me and couldn't care less to assist with what I was looking for. After walking 2 rounds around the store, I had to approach them to show what I was exactly looking for. Quite unpleasant. Wld stick to lululemon for quality and service

It was my second visit at this store and I was served both times by Elaine. Excellent service! She managed to handle 3 patrons at one time and was always so polite and was still so calm and composed. She even managed to get me my favourite pair of power sculpt leggings (beats my lulu leggings anytime!) from the other outlet herself. She has excellent product knowledge and recommends me products on my needs. She is truly a gem. Shopping experience here is truly 5 stars with Elaine.

Was in Sweaty Betty for the 1st time. I had such a wonderful experience attended by Sharifah. She patiently explained the different type of leggings available and very helpful in recommending and helping me to find my size. She has such a bubbly person and I feel as ease in the store. I must say Sharifah has the passion in service and is an asset to Sweaty Betty ION!!

Very helpful staff! It was my first time in a Sweaty Betty outlet because of the Pilates BodyTree 10th anniversary celebration goodie bag and the lady (Sharifah) in the store was friendly and sincere without being overly chirpy and outgoing. I must have tried a whole bunch of stuff, and I do think their long sleeved range is nicer than Lulu’s for my body shape/type.

Finally!! Sweaty Betty is in Singapore!! Love this brand from the UK- good quality active wear but still funky designs (unlike the rather boring lulul*mon!). The staff were so good! Running around fetching me sizes and never getting annoyed at my indecision! Very helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks Christina and colleague!
