I had an amazing experience at Kim Robinson! Stylist Ronald and technician Esther are truly incredible — they completely transformed my hair and made it look so beautiful. Ronald has a great eye for style and gave me a cut that really suits me, while Esther worked her magic with the color and treatment. I left the salon feeling confident and refreshed. Highly recommend this talented team if you're looking for a true hair transformation!

I wanted an easy maintenance yet lively hairstyle, not the common bob or shoulder length cut. Stylist Andy helped me to design a haircut and he is so good that within minutes, I see the new me transforming in front of my very eyes. After that the colourist said you gave me an idea. I’ll do lowlights for her. Indeed the results is amazingly beyond my expectations. Everyone complimented my hairstyle and even asked who cut for me! My crowning glory is now my prized possession!

Timen Siow was incredibly patient and open to ideas as we discussed which hairstyles would best suit me and my lifestyle. He took the time to assess my face shape before suggesting suitable styles. The team working alongside Timen was also highly attentive to detail. After the beautiful haircut, I was passed on to Lucas, the colourist. He revived my dull, worn-out hair colour with multi-tonal highlights that enhanced the natural movement of my hair, perfectly complementing the cut. Donna, who was in charge of shampooing, made the experience especially relaxing with her expert head massage techniques. Bonus: I was lucky enough to meet the legend himself—Kim Robinson. He was warm, patient, and generously offered his insights on my haircut, making the entire experience even more special. Kim also shared his philosophy: “I want all my clients to leave feeling more beautiful and empowered.” Truly golden words. In short, while you can get a haircut anywhere, the experience at Kim Robinson is unlike any other. They listen before analysing. It’s what sets them apart.

And of course, the magic touch from Artistic Technician Jennifer Liow — who never fails to transform my look like a true magician 🎨✨ It was such a joy reconnecting with familiar faces, enjoying the salon’s calming vibes, and admiring the beautiful artwork 🖼️. Can’t believe it’s already my fifth year with this amazing salon. Walked out recharged and ready for a full-on week ahead!

I had a great experience with Ivan Low, his skills were very professional and is able to give me the haircut and styling that I want. Customer service from him was also top notch. He was very friendly and made me feel comfortable and welcomed. He would also share some tips/advice on how to maintain healthy hair.
