Went to to store to get a earring for my wife. Was served by Dylan initially, was very patient in helping me find a suitable earring even though the one I wanted wasn't in stock. Upon confirmation of purchase, Derek took over and handled my purchase. They're both very professional and patient. Had a smooth and pleasant purchase. Highly recommended

I was very impressed with the service provided by your Sales Associate, Nur Faris at your Dior Couture Ngee Ann City. He was very patient with me throughout my entire time in your boutique. Furthermore, he recommended some of the new arrivals. But I couldn't resist the Montaigne Belt which I chose for a birthday gift. I will definitely come back for more and thank you once again.

Their self checkout out never works properly. And even after the staff helped me with it and confirmed that the transaction would be captured under my membership, it wasn't. It's a great store for the variety of products physically carried but terrible from a service and help point of view
