Very pleased with the salesman who assisted me in buying my Bisphaera and Contrail. Nothing more to ask of him, and I thank him for his knowledge and time to aid my purchase. However, having spent SGD $400+ on the pair of Contrail sunglasses, very disappointed to see that it shipped only with the outer cardboard box and a dust bag, which made it embarrassing as this is a birthday present I bought for my dad. Even my cheaper Bisphaera came with a hardshell casing. It did make my overall purchase feel overtly expensive for what I received. I think a cheap hardshell case included with every pair of sunglasses would go a long way in making the products feel more premium. While I like the product and service received, I will very likely not be a returning customer if such an expensive pair of sunglasses does not even come with a simple hard casing for storage and travel.

Absolutely horrible. I placed my online order 2 weeks back (order number SG1600020428) and received zero delivery updates. Sent 2 enquiry emails which went unanswered. is this a scam??!!??

This is worst store ever in the whole Singapore ! The exchange policy the management is HORRIFIC! I never encountered this after 10 years in SG! Poor staff does the best they can with a terrible management!

Not the best service at this outlet. Service is quite unequal. The two staff just hovered over my partner.. maybe cos he’s white. The girl even ran over to help look for a size when the guy was already helping. When a group of customers walked in (asian), nobody even bothered to help them. 🤔🤔🤔 …

This brand flip flop are the best ones I ever used. I had a pair that lasted for 5years. I came in to buy another pair on 23rd Sept and was served by Sheerlove, she serve me, smiled and polite.
