Had a wonderful shopping experience today at Berluti Taka, was served by Dennis, he was super friendly and we started to chat about bespoke shoes, he is very knowledgeable in shoes and the process of making a bespoke shoes. I decided to make a special order alligator wallet as I seldom wear formal shoes now and wallet is something that I will carry with me everyday, he patiently explains to me what are the colors available and what customizations I can do for the wallet and gave great suggestions on the color combinations, super excited about my new wallet!! He was attentive, kind, and ensured I felt completely at ease, never rushed, but fully immersed in the experience. He made sure I knew I was in good hands. I also had the pleasure of meeting Mrs. Imelda, who gave me a glimpse into Berluti’s rich history and the stories behind its iconic pieces, from the elegance of the Andy loafers to the magic of the Scritto motif. Her passion for the brand was contagious, and she made the experience feel much deeper than just a purchase, it was like owning a piece of living history. And of course, I can’t forget Mr. Vincent, the talented colorist who added the finishing touch by perfectly restoring and enhancing my bag’s patina. His craftsmanship ensured that I walked out with the bag in its most beautiful, polished condition. It looks even more stunning than when I first laid eyes on it!
