A huge thank you to Evon, May and the team at Bespoke by Tessellate for my dreamy engagement ring. From our first appointment, Evon was patient and understanding through my indecisiveness, acknowledging my wishes and doing her best to craft the ring design I've had my heart set on for years. The result was so beautiful to me and I cannot stop looking at my ring! I'm grateful too for their help with my fiance's (unusual?) request to rope me into a white lie so that my proposal was an extra big surprise! I got so many compliments on my ring and I really love that it's bespoke. I would really recommend them to bring your ring dreams into reality :)

We had a truly wonderful experience shopping for our wedding bands at Bespoke by Tessellate. From the moment we stepped into the boutique, May and her team made us feel welcome and at ease. They were incredibly patient and kind, offering thoughtful suggestions without any pressure. It was clear that every piece is crafted with care and intention. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and how they made the entire process feel so special and meaningful. I’m definitely coming back for customized rings in the future. Had a great experience from start to finish with the team, Catherine, Ruth and May. They took the time to go through my ideas and give suggestions on what would look better. There were updates via a group chat they started which helped inform me about the process of the ring. Mock ups were drawn and shown to me before proceeding to the next step which ensured that I was able to make any changes should I have needed to do so. This helped ensure that the end product was just perfect. True enough I was blown away when I received my ring, every little detail was there and it looked amazing!! Definitely recommend them to do your next customised piece of jewellery!!!

Really impressed with the service at Wheelock! From the moment I walked in, the team—Ming, Serene, Wendy, and Nancy—made me feel welcomed and well taken care of. Each of them played a part in ensuring my experience was smooth and comfortable. The salon has a very peaceful atmosphere, and I could truly relax while doing my scalp and hair treatment. Will definitely be back again!

My treatment was done by Wendy. She’s very experienced with explaining my scalp condition and how to take care of it properly. Their products smell great and feel lightweight when applied on my hair.

My hairstylist Ming at Wheelock Place always provides good service. He has a flair to create good cuts for me and always offer good advice on how to care for my hair. The place is relaxing and provides good value for scalp and hair treatments. Highly recommended.
