I’ve been waiting months to finally wear my 10th anniversary ring and it was absolutely worth the wait. From the moment we stepped into the store, everything felt so special. My husband brought me in totally unplanned, and before I knew it we were sitting there designing the ring together on the spot. The team was incredibly patient, attentive, and made the whole experience feel effortless and memorable. When I first saw the finished ring, I fell in love instantly. It’s everything I could have dreamed of - elegant, timeless, and full of meaning. Today, after months of waiting, I finally get to wear it on my finger and I can’t stop looking at it. Thank you for turning such a spontaneous moment into something that will last forever.

Bought a customised ring for my engagement from them in a short time frame. They were nothing but accommodating, reassuring and helpful in every process of the way. They were helpful to work around my budget and gave me insightful advice on what I should consider. It was my first time buying a ring this expensive so I wasnt sure on what to look out for. Furthermore, I decided to go for a custom design and only had a short time frame to work with. They help me expedite the ring making process, it was truly a touching act on their part. Had a great experience with May & Ruth. They were very patient and not pushy even though we needed some time to make our decision. They guided us by eliminating options all the way from choosing of the type of diamond to the color of ring. They also provided ways to help us work within our budget.

The whole experience of making the ring for my partner was wonderful. Through clear explanations and walking me through, the process was seamless and left me feeling assured. Ruth our designer is very patient and took us through the different diamond aspects. Group chat was created right before our first appointment with her which makes process a lot smoother for communication. We were also impressed on the variety that we get to try on before deciding on the ideal setting for the diamond! Also location is very central at Wheelock Place. Ruth also speedily reply to our questions and was helpful in every step of the way from shortlisting of diamonds with the aspects we asked for, and when we wanted to make changes before sending for production. Collection of ring was done today and it was a sweet surprise they even included how to care for the ring alongside with their jewelry box. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a bespoke ring!

We designed my very own engagement ring in 2023/2024 and now we are back for our wedding bands. There are many designs available and we even took a big step to have a 3-stones design with kite-shaped stones for my engagement ring. The price is reasonable although you definitely can't put a price on your partner's happiness. They will update at every step of the bespoke ring process. For our wedding bands, since there is a already a design that we liked, we opted for a ready-made design - but they assisted in changing the material from white gold to platinum and even allowed tapering of the ring. Love love love. I will be wearing this for a looooooong time. Really great experience at Bespoke by Tessellate. Recommended 💗💗
