would not recommend this salon. i went to get my hair coloured in july, and i told the hairstylist that i didn’t want to bleach my hair as i wanted to get a perm in october. they said okay and we proceeded with colour first, which in the end was nothing special but acceptable. i then went to a different salon overseas to do a hair treatment, and they told me my hair was too bleached for a perm, to which i was confused since i didn’t do any bleaching. regardless, i contacted aube again today to ask for a perm appointment, but told them what the other salon told me. i sent them a photo of my hair and they also told me that my hair was too bleached and damaged, to which i said i specifically asked for no bleach previously, so did they bleach my hair regardless then? they subsequently reverted back and said that actually, there was no bleach. this is such a red flag — for them to damage my hair beyond repair just months before my wedding, and now no salon will take me in for perming, which was exactly what i was trying to avoid when i first visited them in july.

Had a great experience getting a haircut with Hiro! Quick and snappy appointment. My hair feels much lighter. Hiro was my favourite hairstylist years back (he does great digital perms + cuts) but he was posted overseas for a few years. I’m glad to have him back :)

Daisuke-san was very professional, approachable, and patient throughout the entire experience. He provided great advice on my hair and created a style that’s easy to maintain daily. His attention to detail and passion for his work really stood out. What I appreciated most was that he took the time at the end of the haircut to explain what he had done and how to care for the style. Highly recommended!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I dropped by for a quick pain treatment and was pleasantly surprised by how effective it was! My therapist (May) was professional, attentive, and skilled. The massage helped relieve a lot of tension in my shoulders and back, even in just a short session. The space was clean, comfortable, and relaxing—perfect for a quick reset during a busy day. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a convenient and quality massage treatment! P.S. Was also served a warm cup of tea afterwards, perfect after a massage! ☕️☺️💛

I visited Sin Kang TCM at Wheelock 3 months after surgery and back pain. I clearly explained both conditions to the therapist during my consultation. However, the response was underwhelming — no meaningful advice or discussion, simply 2 basic questions about sleep and bowel movements. The consultation lasted barely 5 minutes and led to a recommendation for acupuncture and tuina. While the acupuncture was decent, the tuina was extremely disappointing — more like someone lightly rubbing oil on my back than an actual therapeutic massage. I was charged $418 in total for the consultation, acupuncture, tuina, and some powder medicine. For the price, I expected professional care and targeted treatment — not vague advice and superficial service. This setup is an embarrassment to any TCM clinic. I shall not be returning and genuinely would not recommend it to anyone.

Excellent TCM professionals. Zeng Wei is very experienced, knowledgeable, patient and her techniques are very effective. All of the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The rooms and facilities are clean, and there is a good relaxing ambiance.

I'm consistently impressed with Sin Kang TCM at Wheelock Place. The clinic has a clean, calming atmosphere and the staff are always professional and friendly. My physician and therapist are incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, making my facial acupuncture and bojin treatments highly effective. I've seen great improvements! Its location in Wheelock Place is a huge plus – nice mall and easily accessible from Exit 11 of the MRT Brown Line. Highly recommend for effective TCM in a great environment!

I’ve been receiving TCM treatment from Yoyo since her time at the 100AM outlet, many years ago. I’ve tried several therapists, but I find that she is the most effective at identifying the root cause of my issues and helping to relieve the pain.

Had a 90’ pain management with May, she is very skilful and helped me feel less tense in my muscle, especially after my long run. The place is very clean and the staffs are professional
