Absolutely terrible experience. I waited more than 2 hours after the numbing cream was already removed, and still no doctor attended to me. In the end, I left without receiving any treatment at all, after going through the inconvenience of having numbing cream applied. This shows extremely poor management and disrespect for customers’ time. Completely unacceptable. I will never return and do not recommend this place to anyone.

Am a regular at Vedure for more than 7 years already. Started off with their manicure and pedicure services and progress to their facial. I like how Yuki perform the facial extraction meticulously and massage my face with the correct amount of strength. I enjoy her services so much that I get my husband and sons on board for facial with Yuki. She genuinely wants us to have better complexion and will dispense tips to my children how to take care of their skin. Thanks, Vedure and team!

I feel compelled to write a review as some bad experience elsewhere made me appreciate so much coming to Vedure. It’s the only place that I could thoroughly relax throughout my treatment. This place is filled with honest and qualified people. You don’t get a shock when the bill comes. Place is Super clean. They practice good hygiene. Products used are of superior quality. Most importantly, there’s consistency in all the services (I’ve tried them all; facial, massage & nails) they provide. All their Therapists have magic hands! Those living in Singapore will know it’s not easy to find a place so holistic. I’ve been coming to this spa for coming 2 years now and the Therapists never change. It only shows that they are happy with their job and with happy staff, you in turn get great service. You’ll leave the place knowing it’s truly money well spent. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Please keep up the good work.

I’ve been getting my facial done here for more than 10 years. Tried out other places before and didn’t like the hard sell or extraction wounds or unpleasant products after effect. Never had such problem here and never look back. Yuki my therapist is gentle, thorough and consistent. Facial is my only self pampering treat. I always leave feeling refreshed and satisfied after each session.

I’ve been using the products for years. Thanks to Yuki for recommended me the products that save my skin. She is very passionate and full of patience. Always follow up on my skin’s condition. Listen and answer all of my enquiries. Highly recommend her with her tip top service !

Great service, friendly, polite & helpful staff who always welcome & thank you warmly, regardless of whether you buy new sessions. After experiencing other sub-par places, I really appreciate the attitude here! Great to do mani & pedi here, staff are meticulous, the big window view with tv & range of mags keep you entertained.... Good range of colors. They even take time to do scrubs & moisturiser application mindfully (many salons are sloppy with this, only slapping on scrub & washing off, some ridiculous ones charge extra to scrub the calves & shin!). I definitely think a bit of massaging tired feet & calves are key to the whole pedicure experience! For facials - Leichin is great, thorough in process, very skillful in her massages & applications. Love the oxygen facial, there was noticeable difference after the treatment. Yet even their basic facials are pampering & luxurious with face & neck & shoulder massage & soothing products. For IPL - Mindy is thorough & careful. She is not in a hurry to finish the job & makes sure you are comfortable after treatment. Reception staff are friendly & not pushy in selling packages. I have renewed different packages here many times on my own accord. Sometimes they have good promotions which makes ut great value for the level of service & pampering. Easy to book appts on whatsapp, very responsive.

This is one of my favourite place to go for facial after having been to so many places in Singapore. Yuki, My beautician, Always does a very good job for helping to get my skin clean and radiant after each visit. She has been in this line for so many years. Hence, she knows what to give/ advise the proper treatment you need. Definitely no hard selling, you don't have to worry if she would ask you to buy any package or products from her. If you would like to have any good facial service yet no hard selling. Do look for Yuki, You'll certainly won't regret my recommendation. =) Highly Recommended her. Once again, Thank you Yuki and Vedure.

A loyal customer of almost 10 years here (I think 😅 Can’t keep tabs on the packages’ renewals already) ✨ Thank you Sharon, Pires & Sasha for always making me feel like home here. Quiet, full of privacy, quaint and luxurious. I dare say Sasha is the only therapist that will ever make your Pedicure here painless, tried more than 10-20 other salons that are prickly or couldn’t care less about the services they render. Yes, Vedure costs twice to thrice as more; but services matter most to me, coming from the service industry myself. As long as Vedure keeps themselves competitive while matching their standards and services, I will always keep coming back here even though I stay all the way near Loyang. Pires is the only one I trust for massage, she’s like a big sis to me. Very nice, warm and welcoming just like Sasha. My mom loves to follow me for Pedicures here with Sasha too. Sharon, always warm and greeting me with smiles and sincerity upon every arrival. Jasmine used to be here too and she was always full of smiles as well. Thank you Deena for always scheduling my appointments as well. Keep up the awesome service, Vedure team ✨ I hope I never have to look for other spa places 🥰
