I have visited Ageless Medi Aesthetics for ReduStim Treatment. The treatment help me with better sleep, and also lose some weight. i feel much lighter and refresh. the ambience of the clinic is good and the staff are helpful and very polite.

A friend recommended me here as I was keen to address issues with regard to skin laxity and age signs. I signed up for Profhilo- a revolutionary bio-remodeling "injectible skincare." Dr. Lam, the Medical Director, was very clear in her explanations on the benefits of Profhilo. She emphasised skin elasticity , firming , hydration , minimal downtime (the best) and tissue repair. I am of the age where I needed this and I laid my trust in her to do the needful. My experience? No regrets at all. My skin is firmer and fairer and feel hydrated. I am more at ease with my neck now as that was the area I wanted to address. Aside from the treatments, service here is very professional and what I like most is the follow-up on each procedure. Kudos to the team at Ageless Medi -Aesthetics. I will definitely recommend your organisation to friends.

I walked in hoping to try the products & get a smaller sized moisturiser to toss in my bag. Sales assistant was probably having a bad day😕 cuz he really could not be bothered nor was he interested to sell me anything. He just said that they didn’t have any smaller size moisturisers I asked for even though the signage showed two sizes. I checked if they had the small size in other ranges? He just said sorry no. Did not explain or suggest something else to try. I even came back again to ask if they had the trial set I saw on their website and it was basically another “no” with no other suggestion. So i just gave up on the brand altogether.🫠

Bought their Peppermint and Lavender Shampoo & Body Wash series. Peppermint works alright, but their Lavender Shampoo had zero foam. I get it that it’s supposed to be made of organic ingredients and probably not so foamy… but no joke, it’s ZERO foam. This is also despite the fact that they described it as a foaming shampoo. I suspect that it is a batch defect and dropped them a WhatsApp message, but got no response although I got double ticked. I sent a subsequent message again, but again, double ticked. I then dropped them a message at their IG account and their post. Guess what, no response again. After days, still silence. I seriously wonder if they’re aware of this issue and is just trying to run away to avoid resolution with their customers. This is truly disappointing. Definitely not a ‘pharmacy’ to go for ‘skin emergencies’. Purchase at your own risk. Update: The Director contacted me a day after I posted the review and apologised Staff handling the social media accounts went on leave but did not do a proper handover. Launched an investigation and found that the lavender shampoo indeed had foaming issues. Offered to deliver me another set of Lemongrass shampoo and soap. Haven’t tried the Lemongrass, but upped the stars given their sincerity in resolving the matter. Thank you.

Please call them first before you visit. I came twice in the same day and both time they were "closed" on breaks, banking, lunch and what else is there? Seems hard work there are the skin pharmacy 🤣🤣🤣

Malay guy staff on duty (3/5/2025) was polite and helpful and I managed to buy the natural eye serum that I first tried as a younger adult. Thank you. 😺 …

I had a great time with my daughter who got her skin tested and products that were recommended are all gd.

Nice clothes, staff need better training so they are more service oriented
