I give 10 stars! My eye surgeon recommended me this place a year ago and my all visits were lovely and uplifting. Every time I felt understood and comforted. I wear everyday glasses, contact lenses and reading glasses on top of them. Mrs Chui expertise is endless and she makes magic on the base of science. I wish my former optometrists (20 years of experience) were as half as good as she is. Thank you, I’ll be back!

Very ethical n professional. Changed my regular contact lens provider to C C Chui for the first time. Ms Chui is open to share all possible alternatives for correction of prescription for glasses. She also takes time to recommend various range of gp lens to suit individual needs while all my ex contact lens don't usually will. Highly recommended. :) N they have a very cheerful customer service manager. :)

I had a very good experience at C C Chui Optical being attended to by Ms Chui. She was knowledgeable, patient and took great pains to explain in detail my eye condition. The solution she provided suits me perfectly and I am a very satisfied customer. Will only be going back there for my optical needs from now on..

Very detailed eye check. They solved my reading problem issue because of the thorough eye check. My pair of glasses made here is one of the best functional one. Prices are reasonable too.

My hiking buddies and I had a horrible experience hiking tour with TLC Adventure Pte Ltd, whereby the organizer, David Lim, and his assistant, Ivy, for their careless acts that led to three of us getting lost in the forest on June 24, 2023, at about 3.26 PM in Bukit Payung, Malaysia. This incident took place after leaving Bukit Payung's fourth peak and moving towards Bukit Botak for the last peak, we were not told there was a cross junction and at the crossroads, the assistance lead, Ivy, had lost us without sweeping through the hikers in her wave and had not given any indications to turn. We were found to be lost until we came across a farmer, who informed us that he had not seen a group of hikers pass by when we inquired about it. We immediately called Ivy to inform her that we had lost our way, and she directed us to the organizer, David who gave us the instructions to remain in place until he could send a guide to lead us back, this kept us for almost 1.5 hours. Lately, he then instructed us to use our GPS and walk to the main road by ourselves. We were dissatisfied with David's handling of the situation, and he and Ivy failed to keep the clients safe; furthermore, he keeps blaming us for not following the instructions. Based on professionalism as a standard and safety laws and regulations as a guide, David and Ivy failed to bring their clients up to the required safety standards. Sharing this information to keep the travelers informed before signing up for his tours. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

The Mont Blanc hiking trip was a great disappointment. Stay Geneva Ibis budget hotel for 1 night. Then next 5 nights at apartment whereby 6 ladies shared a 2 bedroom apartment with only 1 toilet!!?? 2 ladies sleeping at living room on a sofa bed. We paid over 2.5k for the trip excluding air ticket and all meals. We took public transport which is mostly free with hotel and apartment stays in Geneva and Chamonix. Hiking with only 1 person to take care of 14 hikers??!! Hikes are at times dangerous and seriously not for inepexerienced hikers!!

Had an incredibly amazing time in Nepal with TLC ! The breathtaking views of magnificent mountains, rivers and waterfalls, valleys, terraced fields, mossy forests, wild flowers, charming villages, beautiful sunrise at the majestic snow peaked Dhaulagiri and Annapurnas…precious memories. Thank you very much David Lim for your leadership that bonded us together as a team and your foresight in planning that made the climb a sweet success for everyone!
