Nancy is the GOAT 🎉 she did my girlfriend's nails perfectly even though the details on the nail were super intricate! She has great work ethic, and she's very no nonsense. She constantly checks with the customer if they require changes and edits before placing hands inside the UV machine which is really good!! VERY NICE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I want to start off by saying how much I love the ambience and service of nail queen , Michelle really takes her time to hire the right manicurist to do your work , I was upset I couldn’t find other nail salons for my upcoming birthday and settled for nail queen as I admired their work for a few months , dm them on insta and got a reply and slot instantly , their salon is always fully booked , upon arriving , I was greeted warmly by their lovely staff , don’t need to worry if there’s language barrier as they are very educated on their English and some even speak Chinese too! I went to get my slot checked at the counter and I got to asked to seat at the comfy sofa , a few mins later I was ushered into a seat , there’s arm rest , they started removal , kept asking me if it’s pain , I said no , they are fast and quick there’s no pain at all! Another manicurist served me her name is Ella , she is so quick with my removal less than 5 mins it’s done , they also use a very powerful suction dust collector that I’ve never seen at other salons , I showed her the design , she said it’s quite a challenge and don’t worry she will do nicely for me , after 3.5 hours I got my very nice cutesy nails I love it 😻, Ella was sooooo hardworking and meticulous in her work !! I’ve never seen this kind of nail tech before , she kept making sure the design until she cured it I love her service so much ! Can tell that they have really good training ! She’s so hardworking that she determined me to work as hard in life too . She even asked me if I wanted water to drink and I said yes ❤️. Overall I love the way my nails turned out thank you Ella and team for serving me like a vvip❤️❤️❤️

She constantly checks if I’m satisfied after every new layer, so I can suggest edits if need be. The design I asked for had many layers and was very intricate and she did it perfectly!! This afternoon I had an enjoyable experience buying one of my checklists watch of AP thanks to the expertise, friendly and patience assistant of Kelvin. . From the moment I walked in, the service was top-notch. One of their sales rep attended to me and refer me to Kelvin. I had a great time throughout the buying process even though there a delay in my part during payment due to certain credit card technicals issues. Other than that it was fine to the end!
