I don’t know whether it is on purpose or not. Every time i visited the restaurant they always do not serve me according to my order. Also it has been 5 times I ordered online they get my order wrong. It is obvious the server do not seems to care at all about customer service. Very bad indeed. I strongly recommend not to eat there or at least check your order before you take them to the table.

I would like to raise a serious complaint regarding my experience at your KFC Far East Plaza outlet on 13 October, around 8:50 PM. I had ordered one takeaway popcorn chicken, and when I politely asked how long my order would take, two Malay staff members responded to me very rudely in Malay, using an unpleasant tone and body language that clearly showed they were annoyed. This kind of attitude is completely unacceptable, especially in a customer service role. If your staff are unhappy with their job, they shouldn’t take it out on paying customers. it reflects very badly on KFC’s image and service standards. Please have someone look into this matter and get back to me. I expect appropriate action to be taken to ensure no other customer experiences such disrespect in future.

To be honest I don’t really like KFC in Singapore. I find their chicken too dry, at times non consistent but this one at far east is always better I find. And I always buy there if I want to eat KFC. Why? Because their chicken is always more juicy and often I get it hot, from the oven. I thought it was just me, but when I let my friends on this and they tried, the same verdict. So if you want kfc for your next meal, this is the branch you need to visiti.

The last time I tried the curry rice bowl was half a year ago. Rice & curry were great. But today, the rice was so soft & sticky. Popcorn chicken was little. The hot milo was so diluted

I always go back mobyshop when I change phone. Didn't know can Google review. This time bought pixel 8a. The screen protector and case quality high, the phone has no issues. Prices are reasonable and have good trade in value.

I’ve been a loyal customer of your store for several years, having purchased multiple phones for myself and also referred my wife and mother. Until now, I’ve always had a positive experience and appreciated the level of service provided. However, during my most recent visit, I was assisted by an older, balding gentleman (not the usual staff member with spectacles who has helped me in the past). I asked for details about some phones, but the responses were vague — the only information he offered was that "the camera is better," without being able to explain any specifics. When I asked about backing up my phone, his demeanor became noticeably aggressive. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this kind of attitude from him. I have no issue if a service cannot be provided, but it’s the dismissive and unhelpful attitude that was frustrating. Even my wife, who was with me, commented on his behavior. Fortunately, his colleague noticed the situation and stepped in to assist, handling the matter more competently and with much better emotional intelligence. I believe this employee’s approach may risk losing loyal customers, which is unfortunate considering the otherwise excellent service I’ve received from your team over the years.
