Both Dr Tan and Dr Kuan were very friendly and helpful. However, the receptionist ruined the whole experience at the clinic.

26\03\19 Today in my hour of need after having most of my belongings stolen including my medications on a flight out of India the lovely doctor helped me so much with attaining my special need medication, he basically turned the worst few days of my life into the best and for that i will always remain greatful Thank you once again MR Aman Singh

We consulted Dr Tan who was recommended by our hotel. He has a very reassuring manner with a friendly and businesslike approach. We would certainly go to him again if the need arose.

I have been seeing Dr Arthur Tan for close to 40 years now. He is the primary care for our entire family of 6, including my employees and friends we’ve recommended. A doctor with much empathy, care, and patience for his patients. Throughout this time, his medical assistant, Joyce was caring for us the minute we entered the clinic till we left. After having read some of the reviews here, I would like to mention my experience working with Joyce for the last 4 decades. I have observed her handling very kind and respectful patients, as well as dealing with rude, entitled, and demanding ones. This is a medical clinic, and I would grade a full 5-star 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 for Dr Tan’s continuous medical care and expertise in treating us. Not forgetting his warm smiles as he greets us as we enter his treatment room! Thank you to Doctor and his assistant, Joyce!

Receptionist have to brush up your tone and speak to customer. We don’t own you money we are giving your company to earn! First word picking up the call YES? after checking and I say thank you u straight end up? Is this how you treat your patient or customer ? You’re paid by your company not getting free for doing nothing! So brush up
