had a really great experience at this salon. my stylist genuinely knew what they were doing and took the time to listen to all my concerns before starting. they fixed my hair exactly the way i was hoping for and explained things clearly throughout. super skilled, attentive, and reassuring

went to bleach & dye my hair last Thursday, 21/3/19. color faded off the following day, 22/3. Was asked to go back for a retouch however i was unable to as i was busy with family matters & flying off early in the morning on Sunday. went to several salon in Australia and was informed by all that the bleach was badly done leaving my hair extremely patchy and damaged. Had to spend easily $400+ so that my hair can be fixed. I ended up with 4 tones of hair color in less than a week! Have message my hair stylist only to be left on ' double blue tick' and last seen. service during hair dye was good. but the end product was horrifying

Did hair perm and nails here. Everyone was nice except my hairdresser, Janess. She was rushed and was so rough with handling my head, tucking and pulling my hair. She literally took less than 5 minutes to cut my hair. Throughout the whole process, she didn’t care to explain anything and didn’t even bother to ask what kind of style I want. Over many times water/solution spilled on my white dress because she was so Rough. At one point during perming I told her that my head was very heavy because of the perm rods, she just said ‘sorry, it’s like that one’ when in fact i knew that she could readjust the rods so they are positioned better to lighten the weight. The styling at the end was as if she wanted it to be over and done with. My hair was so messy and frizzy. The overall perm was soso, not good but not bad. Nevertheless, I don’t want to base this one bad experience on the whole salon but janess definitely needs to treat her customers better.

Experience stylist knows what color i want to achieve. Good service, friendly and able to meet my need.

Kenny is the only hairstylist I trust and have been a loyal customer since 2016. He is very experienced and will advise what style is suitable based on your lifestyle. I usually let him suggest the colour. 🤣 Always pleased with the end result!

I came here just for this hairdresser Kenny. He is very thoughtful and really takes effort to do my hair not only on colouring or straightening. My daughter and son also come here for his service too. The Dyson hair dryer was a plus point. The shop need improvement on their renovations.

This is my subsequent trip to do hair colouring as I liked the hair color previously and the stylist Kelly was rather not happy and showing faces and communicating about me in mandarin to her colleagues plus with other customers there. First of all she did not mention about the extra charges for doing hair bleaching. I agreed as I had no choice. 2nd was she kept making weird faces as I can see from the mirror n not happy as my hair was thick. I observed that she was talking negatively abt my hair to her colleagues. 3rd thing was I asked her to blow curl and she was super unhappy and she wanted to use iron. I m a customer n it’s my choice! Throughout the process she was super unhappy.!! I would not waste my time again to do there ever again!! I liked the Color which the salon did for me before so wanted to do again and to receive this kinda treatment. Plus no head massage while washing the hair!! Worst experience I had and the price I paid was NOT cheap just for Color and highlights!!! Service is very important!!!! We r paying customers and to receive this kinda treatment is not acceptable! Will never go again!

Queen's Cut has been my go-to hairsalon for many many years. I have entrusted my hair to Ada. She gave the best hairstyle advices and yet accomodating. Ada and the other staffs are always friendly, efficient and welcoming.

I can't say enough good things about Queen's Cut. The staff was welcoming and attentive. My stylist not only listen to my hair goals, but she also gave me good suggestions and worked magic on my hair. She was friendly and made the whole experience enjoyable.
