I love how my lashes are long and lovely and it is comfortably done. The whole process was fuss-free and I did not experience any stinging and irritation. Appointment are easy to make. I would recommend Apple's services, her hands are gentle and her work is impeccable. Thank you for the good experience!

Did gel removal here and was a huge mistake. They either lack the skills or cannot be bothered to take the time so as to not damage your nails. The nail tech used an electronic nail drill ONLY to remove the gel. Surface of my actual nails were removed in the process. My nails became extremely brittle and kept breaking despite being trimmed short. As I only did gel nails a few times in the past, I was not familiar with the process and upon further research, I realised that this is NOT the correct procedure to remove gel nails safely without damaging the nail beds and regrettably trusted the nail tech.

I must have been a customer here for 10 years. Ever since the change in management, the experience has been terrible. It is so hard to make an appointment, they are fully booked for weeks, frontdesk has an attitude and no one replies to WhatsApp. Only saving grace is the manicurists are nice. It is not your new fancy decor that keeps customers. Please do something about your SOPs.

Disappointed with Recent Service Experience I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years and have always appreciated your services. However, I am very disappointed with my recent experience. Last month, I came in for an appointment that I had booked in advance, but upon arrival, I was told that the appointment had not been scheduled. Despite this inconvenience, I tried to give the benefit of the doubt. Yesterday, I contacted your staff again to request a new appointment. I was told that they are confirming all appointments . However, today I tried calling the center to check if it was confirmed—no one answered my calls and I received no follow-up. This lack of communication and accountability is very frustrating. As a long-term customer, I expected better service and reliability. I hope you can look into this matter seriously.

I’ve been a regular at this nail salon for the past two years and used to genuinely love the experience here — the technicians were skilled, the results were consistently neat and clean, and the service always felt thoughtful and professional. Unfortunately, things have changed since the management shifted. Many of the talented technicians I trusted have left, and with them, the attention to detail seems to have gone too. The quality of service has noticeably dropped — uneven polish, rushed cuticle work, and a general lack of the finesse that once set this salon apart. What’s also disappointing is the increasingly aggressive upselling of their packages, which aren’t exactly cheap considering the current standard of service. I understand businesses need to grow, but it’s hard to justify the investment when the overall experience feels transactional rather than attentive. I truly wish I could continue recommending this place, but it’s no longer the salon I once looked forward to visiting.
