Great Japanese supermarket

Was served by a super sweet young lady today (Sat, 13/12/25) at the YSL counter at around 5:40pm. Thankfully there weren’t many shoppers and she could help me solve my makeup problems on the spot. I managed to resolve my coverage issue, and found a better fitting blush and lip colour as well. I was super impressed by the cushion and bought it (she also has a wonderful eye for the right colours that suit my skintone, so impressive!) Also got the lipstick and blush I was very pleased with. Overall, she was super friendly and approachable and very kind as well. Made for a pleasant experince.

Isetan @ Scotts used to be an iconic shopping destination along the Orchard shopping belt. Nowadays, it’s a bit quieter and more laid-back, which makes shopping here quite pleasant. They often have good deals, and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

I am writing to give a big thumbs up to Tiffany at chanel isetan scotts. She is a very patient girl and is very professional in recommending the "right" products all the time. Sometimes in the midst of serving me, there will be other customers who come in, she will continue to give me her undivided attention unlike some promoters who will always try to "kill more birds with one stone". Hope all Chanel BC can be like Tiffany!

Employee too busy with her phone and was annoyed because she was asked to attend a customer. No business and not interested in selling anything either. Would expect better from a Chanel store but maybe that's why the store was empty... maybe the young lady employee should work for Facebook and WhatsApp and not Chanel!

Tried this new type of dessert and drinks for the first time! Highly recommend their signature fermented rice drink—it’s tasty and especially beneficial for women. The ice cream is also amazing, combining fermented rice with rose-flavored ice cream for a unique and delicious treat. Definitely a must-try!

I bought a big jar of Jiuniang at this branch today, before I left I specially asked the expiry date. The first staff said the expiry date is on the bottle, but the other staff assured me that this Jiuniang will be expiring in 30 days from “today”. After I got home, I saw the expiry date on bottle is “use before 10th Sep”. Very disappointed by the staff’s dishonesty, and other customers should double check their food’s expiry date as well.

Our experience at Orchard Gateway was wonderful. The ambience was good! We ordered Mousse cake and Rose Ice Milk, it really impressed me!

Just bought almost everything there except for the cake which is out of stock. The milk jelly is ok. The mochi disappointing as the glutinous rice balls inside are really hard. Not cooked and the dessert is quite sweet. Honestly, it’s very expensive for that small little ball if it’s of this standard. Had the box cake before and it’s pretty good in my opinion so will probably only buy that with my membership balance. Lastly excellent service from orchard outlet.
