Our group of 6 celebrated Chinese New Year with a luncheon at this branch. While this wasn't our first time dining at this chain, we were particularly impressed by the exceptionally warm service we received today. Our orders included the Small Lohei, Samsui Chicken, Soup of the Day (old cucumber pork ribs), Penang Mee Suah, Claypot Beancurd, Chinese Spinach with Trio Eggs, and Minced Meat Paste with Salted Egg. All the dishes were great though the Mee Suah is on a saltier edge. The portions were well-suited for our group size. The restaurant was quite busy during our visit, but the staff did their best to fulfill our orders promptly. Tip: the Small Lohei (meant for 2-4) is just right for us, I highly recommend to downsize so you can save your tummy for other delicious dishes.

I come here a few times mostly for the convenience of having a quiet table and they have lighter fare. Their soups are generally good (tasted finer than the food court) and ohrnee that’s less greasy (well, the healthier version of the real Mc Coy).

Disappointing Experience at Soup Restaurant I had high expectations for Soup Restaurant, but unfortunately, my recent visit left me disappointed. Service: The service was extremely slow—unreasonably so, even for a busy restaurant. Staff members seemed indifferent and unwelcoming, lacking the warmth and graciousness you’d expect from such an establishment. Despite several attempts to get their attention, it felt like we were being ignored, and the overall attention to guests was shockingly low. Food: The food itself was decent—flavors were as expected, but nothing remarkable enough to make up for the poor service. Overall Experience: A restaurant’s atmosphere and service are just as important as the food, and Soup Restaurant fell short on both counts. The lackluster service overshadowed what could have been an enjoyable meal. It’s disappointing to see a place with such potential miss the mark so badly. If you’re considering visiting, be prepared for long waits and inattentive service. Personally, I wouldn’t rush back anytime soon.

Food was delicious. But they dont say that the fish skin and tap water has to pay. This is real scam. So eat good food here only and dont take their paid fish skin which not delicious and tap water is paid. Wet tissue also paid!!! Please next time tell your customers that this and that has to pay!!

had an amazing meal here and the service was really good. mdm loh lye wah was our waitress and she was really informative. She helped us in our food ordering and recommended good dishes. Would come back this outlet again!

Had the ginger chicken rice bowl lunch set, and it was delicious. It comes with soup of the day. Service staff were polite and quick.

Food is good and service is good too. The lighting is abit too dark at the round table corner, and as the store room is just beside the table, we experienced a few disruptions when their workers were accessing stuffs.

Delicious food and good service, staff will recommend u dishes and also with it’s portions suggested. No need waiting on Saturday afternoon so very kind for me haha…

Was there for dinner with a group of 5. Ordered a small samsui chicken, medium soup of the day, medium chilli toufu prawns, medium baby spinach, medium, sweet n sour pork, 8 fried buns along with beverages. Apart from the soup, I actually wanted small size for the rest of the dishes but the order taker insisted that medium size is just nice. Really felt cheated. The sweet and sour pork arrived within 5 mins. Soggy to the bite, as if it was cooked 20 mins ago and waited for us to order. There were not enough table space to put all our dishes. Vegetable were tasteless. Prawn dish were sour. All the beverages were 3/4 cup filled. Almost $200 damage. Will NOT return at all. Patronize at your own risk.

kopi is great but where i sat was assault by two flies. buzz buzz. mgmt need to look into it. unacceptable!
